Stay On The Beach! Welcome to Ocean Reef 1607! As of March 2025, our condo is back on the rental market and ready to host your beach vacation.
This fully equipped, two bedroom two bath, luxury condo provides all that you'll need to enjoy a memorable vacation on the beach. The condo is beach front and includes an oversized balcony with comfortable chaise loungers overlooking the beautiful white, sandy, beaches and emerald gulf waters. Relax on this balcony and enjoy watching sea life and majestic sunsets.
This residence provides for a wonderful vacation on the beach! The living room includes some of the most comfortable furnishings you will find and inspires stress-free, relaxing naps. The living room arrangement includes a wall-mounted television and plenty of seating that's fabulous for enjoying evening movies, sporting events, or simply admiring the endless views of the gulf. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking and also includes a breakfast bar with seating for four and a full-size, dining room table. The elegant master bedroom, with king bed, adjoins the balcony and includes separate balcony access and fabulous gulf views. Sleep to the sound of the waves! The guest bedroom conveniently provides two full-size beds providing ample sleeping arrangements.
Ocean Reef offers a gulf-front swimming pool and hot tub. The indoor swimming pool is heated seasonally and includes gulf views and an indoor steam room. Both pools are very close to the beach boardwalk allowing guests to easily move from the pool to the beach and back. A fitness room and sauna are located on the sixth floor.
Ocean Reef is conveniently located with lots of fun activities close by. Runaway Island, one the of the areas nicest and best, beach-front, restaurants is two doors down (easy walking distance). Runaway Island also offers a walk-up beach bar which can be easily accessed from the Ocean Reef beach. Across the street is putt-putt golf, ice cream, go-carts, gift shops, sandwich shops and arcade.
PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
