LatalricPros: Beautiful Yard with nice pool, Nice neighborhood.Cons: - We had a $1,100 package delivery stolen from the front yard, when mentioned to the crew, we were ignored & still have no response. - The “Heated pool” didn’t work & when we mentioned to the host, no response. So the pool was useless. This was the biggest reason for booking this place - check in was at 4pm, the cleaners made us wait till 5pm because they were behind - stains on the furniture - 2 of the 4 toilets didn’t work - the overall house was old & things were falling apart.To sum it up, to pay $40k for 3 weeks At this place feels like my family were robbed. Oh wait, we were!I wouldn’t recommend this place, I’m pursuing action to have things fixed immediately.

AristotleWe rented the home for 11 family members, including 9 adults and 2 kids. The home was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (we did a fair bit of cooking), there was great furniture throughout, and the backyard was awesome for both kids and adults. There was a well equipped outdoor kitchen with a really nice grill. Finally, the gated entry made it feel more secure, especially with 2 young kids playing outside.The host was incredibly attentive and helpful. When we needed some more pillowcases for the extra pillows that were in the closet, they brought not only the pillow cases, but more pillows and some comfy blankets to curl up in because the weather was a bit cold (for Miami). There was also a really nice gift basket in the kitchen with snacks and some soft drinks in the fridge, which the kids really liked.Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

AnonymousMy family and I evacuated from Naples during hurricane Milton. This was our ideal property. It was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The yard was outstanding and would be an entertainer's dream. While we were not there for a vacation, it certainly felt as though it were. I would highly recommend this beautiful property.

AlyssaThis place has it all and was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Couldn’t have asked for a better compound for our large family to stay. Pool and spa were great and these were THE best hosts we’ve ever had. Our family was needy with miscellaneous necessities and Andre’s team was extremely quick to respond and show up with our requested items. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

FrankHad an amazing time with my family. Kids loved the basketball court and the pickle ball field. House and lot are massive. Would definitely come back! Place was spotless! Management was on top of everything from check in to check out. Thank you again Andre!
