Great house in an amazing location! Close to downtown Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, clean house with anything you’d need (including a crib and high chair), and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

The villa is in a lush setting, tropical and private. The kitchen is perfect, the huge living room is beautiful, and the guest suites feel really luxurious.

Starting with the good: the house and guest house were beautiful and the grounds were great for the dogs to run. The team including Tony, AJ, and Armando were quick to respond and take care of any issues! The first issue was that when we arrived at 1am after evacuating from Sarasota, there was a couple set up in the master bedroom and their trash in the kitchen. They left and the mgmt team kindly agreed to credit that first night. The oven door broke the first time we used it but the team came to address it. Overall, it’s a great place with excellent response time, but I just have to be honest with some issues.

To whom this may concern. This was my first time to Miami to celebrate my birthday. It started off great until we lost power for 3 days. The first night when we got back to our Villa no power and we had to sleep in the dark with our lights on our phones, which end up dying. The next day still no power, we called the power company, who was supposed to come out again to fix the problem. We spent the majority of the day in Miami doing things that was unexpected. This is the day that we were going to celebrate my birthday at the house. Came back to the house later that night and still no electricity/power. Called Tony in the middle of the night and he placed us in another Villa for the night. I played a lot of money for my birthday and wasn’t able to enjoy. We wasted a lot of money on food and drinks. I would like to be reimbursed for my stays and food. $2,000 is a lot of money to lose out on. Please advise. P.S. Tonya and Ben were great.

Beautiful, safe, gated, tropical home. Four private en suite rooms, comfy beds-large open shared space. Guest house steps away needs safety railing blocking rock planter, (a guest fell in)! NEEDS a GUTTER across main and rear entries of home, (porch always wet).Bring your own paper towels, Q-tips, cotton balls, soap, shampoo & conditioner, and there were only two bath towels and washcloths per bath for a 4 night stay. Had to do laundry for clean towels! Outdoor cameras were creepy - angled to see the pool and into the main living spaces. It seemed like this lovely home had been abused by prior guests - in need of many minor repairs or replacement furniture. Tiny pool table pockets came out, 2/4 cue sticks bad. Broken shelves in fridge required duct tape to use. Bulbs over dining room table out, outlets in master sketchy, hot water took forever in showers. Lack of 5 star amenities for the $$$$$ price, & MANY needed repairs were disappointing and embarrassing for us & our guests.

Andre’s home was perfect! The place was amazing, looks just like the pictures. The house was very clean when we checked in. We didn’t have an iron when we arrived and they had one delivered a few minutes later. Definitely recommend booking with them. We definitely will be back.

Unfortunately I’m writing this review to help others looking at this home in this price point. I highly advise to stay away from this home. There was fecal matter on the floor, bodily fluids on the walls and the house was gross. One bed completely smelt like pee . And I’m just trying to save other people from having to go through this experience. It’s extremely unfortunate because the neighborhood is extremely gorgeous Close to everything and the house really needs attention with sanitation and maintenance. Unfortunately it seems like they don’t take any downtime to deep clean and take care of the home.

Good communication with property manager. Unfortunately they were some issues with the house (ie hot water, washer machine, front porch very dirty, mud by the entrance).Location is great, kitchen could have more utensils, bedrooms are good and beds are comfortable

The condition of the property was unacceptable. It had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. We also dealt with non-functioning appliances, partial to no hot water, and an ouitdoor grill that caught fire when one of us, a professional chef, attempted to use it. We also had overflowing trash bins and flies to contend with. Lastly the home is not properly maintained and is in disrepair in many of its rooms (especially the one that's sinking).The only plus to the house was its location. The property needs serious repairs and maintenance to be sutibale for guests, regardless of the price.
