Please note that each home has anywhere from 3 - 15 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas.
Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel / sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.
Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.
Note, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed.

MaddieWe had the BEST stay! This house was absolutely perfect for my sister's bachelorette weekend—spacious, stylish, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was great and made getting around so easy.Andre was an incredible host. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and he went above and beyond—allowing us to check in upon arrival, sharing thoughtful local recommendations, and even helping us stock the fridge before we got there. MacarenaOur group of 11 women traveled to Coral Gables for a tennis trip, and this home was absolutely perfect. Nothing is missing, everything works flawlessly, and the design is both luxurious and welcoming. The 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms provided plenty of space, and the seamless layout made our stay incredibly comfortable.The resort-style pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, and we loved the pool table, basketball, and ping-pong. But what truly made the experience exceptional was Tony, the property manager. His responsiveness was incredible—he answered immediately and was always available for anything we needed. His first-class service made all the difference.We will definitely return, not only for this stunning home but for the outstanding attention from Tony. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

LabriahWe traveled with family for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed the house. It had plenty of rooms and space, was squeaky clean when we arrived, and stocked with all the things you need in a kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We explored Miami daily and everything was relatively close by that we wanted to do. Tons of great restaurants 10 minutes away in Coral Gables or Coconut Grove. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. My kids loved running outside on the turf, swimming in the heated pool, and playing basketball in the front. I would highly recommend this home if traveling with a group and/or kids. Lastly, I couldn’t have asked for better service and responsiveness from the host. Excellent stay overall!

The house was beautiful, clean, in a nice area, and you have neighbors but it’s very private with the gated driveway and fence and trees around the property lines. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard was awesome. Andre and the team was very responsive whenever I had a question about anything in the house. Would stay again.

DanWe enjoyed our stay at Andre's place! We booked at the last minute and he and his team were very accommodating and helpful with our check in and during our time there. The property feels very private even in the middle of a neighborhood, and having all of those bedrooms was great so that we could spread out. Additionally he has a ton of games that both adults and kids can enjoy, depending on your group.

We booked last minute and arrived late evening and he took the time to call and see if he could help us with anything, ie how to operate the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this home! LyuHosted our bachelor and bachelorette party in Miami! We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The host was incredibly helpful and flexible, allowing the group to check in early which made our trip much more convenient. The location is fantastic—just 25 minutes away from downtown Miami and close to supermarkets and other amenities. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Miami!

The house is managed by a property management team that is so extremely responsive and available to address any issues or needs immediately. ElineOverpriced and overhyped… Positive: Beatifull villa but with walking to supermarket, residential area. Negative: No manually of the house, took us 5h to hv the jazzuci heated, despite the effort of the contactperson …this should have been fixed upon arrival. $2000 deposit only via paypall, via cc 3% extra Couch and outdoor furniture’cheap’ house is filled with ‘designer’ items.. Contactperson was helpfully and prompt. Garden and pool does not get sun in beginning of January.

DianeThe place was in a great location- very spacious and beautiful BUT the only problem was the host is very anal and kept physically checking in on us for the few days we were there. Being a host myself that is totally unacceptable and only make guests feel totally uneasy and violated . There r cameras at the home so I don’t see the need for all that! He also walked in on us 20 mins before check-/out with no notice and was visibly upset because we were still there . I strongly believe that this was a classic act of discrimination . There’s a right and a wrong way to treat guests and this was all wrong. This Host definitely needs some classes in Hospitality 101. I’ll b happy to share some tips. For that reason We will not book this place again and if you value your privacy this might not b the spot for you.

SharonWe had a wonderful time at this property. The house is brand new and has great amenities. We had an amazing time splashing at the pool with the kids and enjoying the grill. The hosts were excellent — communicated well and were attentive to our needs. Super hospitable, with lovely welcome snacks and water ready at check-in. We would love to come back!
