DanielWe had a great lakeside stay in this vacation rental. The pool was clean and well maintained. An outdoor fire pit was stocked with propane. The kitchen was large and there were many bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Nice patio spaces and private driveway. Lots of fun amenities / games for all ages. Large TV. Easy access to restaurants and attractions. Thanks so much.

Mark D.We had our daughter graduate from the U, celebrated with some dinners and swimming. Perfect location as it was close but not too close (not crazy busy around us). Took about 10 min to get to the campus. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had 9 staying, and could have had more. Would definitely recommend!

ErinThis Villa was incredible and far exceeded our expectations - even more beautiful in person!! The home was meticulously kept, incredibly spacious, and perfect for our family!The sunsets were spectacular every evening and we looked forward to each night sitting by the pool to watch them!The location was perfect - not too far from the excitement of South Beach - but very close to all the amenities that Coral Gables had to offer!! Everything we needed was 5 minutes away!The host was extremely responsive and the property manager Tony was great - responsive and if there was anything we needed, he was right there to help!It was hard to leave this beautiful place, but we looked forward to returning!Thank you to everyone at the Jatina Group for making our stay so wonderful!!

It’s a beauty, from the lake view and pool. We couldn’t chosen a better house to stay in. I hope it’s available anytime we stay in Miami.

I had to book last minute during a power outage at my home in Miami and wasn’t sure if I would be able to find a place that was suitable for my family that didn’t find my same day, evening booking to be odd.The host was polite, accommodating and helpful. I would rebook again and encourage anyone else interested to do the same.

NatalieWe loved the villa and the stunning lake view. The house was gorgeous and the beds were super comfy. We of course enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and was excited by the gym and weights available! Andre was an amazing host and super responsive! Would highly recommend!
