Villa Justina takes all the elements of a secluded paradise under one expansive roof.
Unique architecture combines elements of modern style on the inside, while elements of Tudor and Mediterranean Revival encompass this exclusive retreat with full 7 bedroom plus a movie theater, 5 and a two half bathroom private and personal resort. Villa Justina features a huge eat-in chefs kitchen, family room with HD TV and games, dining room with soaring ceilings, parlor, a movie theater with HD Dolby Digital Sound, theater seats and blackout shades, full wet-bar and entertaining area replete with shower and pool table. The latter overlooks the pool below which features a waterslide and waterfalls inside your own private gated oasis.
Last but not least the master suite includes an office as well as his and her bathrooms, one of which features a jacuzzi tub, the other a steam shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove as well as a gas grill just outside.

SusanAmazing property in an excellent location; like staying in your own private Mediterranean villa with a truly relaxing and luxurious vacation vibe. The property is huge with so much space to enjoy time together by the pool, watch movies and play games in the huge theater room or cook and dine together in well equipped kitchen and dining room. Literally everywhere you look throughout the home has an interesting piece of art, unique sculpture or tasteful curios. Each time going into a different room, there was something noticed that hadn't been seen before, making the home fun to explore all weekend long. An exceptional location for our family Thanksgiving that was enjoyed by guests from all over the country. Truly felt like a vacation paradise conveniently located just minutes away from downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Wynwood, etc. while being a very safe, peaceful and walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

DonaldGreat spot for large groups of people. If you have 8-10 people it's great. Would be good for at least 14 people. Good pool area. Theater room was good. Didn't figure out how to heat the hot tub. But we didn't press the issue. The place was clean, and comfortable. The layout was good for several people to sleep even if you had to sleep on the couch plenty of space. Pool table was good and the office in the master wing was good. The upstairs and private rooms worked with everyone in my group! I would recommend staying for 4 nights to get the most out of the place.

TomyWe had a last minute flight cancellation for a large group and the host was so helpful in getting us in late and settled for the 2 day delay. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well located. Our group loved the stay with lots to keep us entertained with the pool, pool table, and theater room as well as being minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Thanks for the last minute place to stay and the hospitality!

SophiaBeautiful home for entertaining and relaxing in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Hosted business meetings and a Super Bowl party in the theatre and was able to create a great environment for my investors and colleagues. Host is very responsive and quick to help with anything that comes up. Great property!

KarimBeautiful spacious house in a lovely, quiet part of Miami. Was a perfect place for our multi-generational family trip! Grandkids loved the heated pool and water slide, while adults loved the spacious kitchen, pool table and theater! Overall amazing, would definitely stay again
