$1500.00 security deposit due at the time of booking.
Pets may be allowed at the owner's discretion and would incur a 100.00 non-refundable fee.
For May- Dec rentals, a deposit of 50% is due 90 days from rental, or upon booking if less than 90 days to rental. The remaining balance is due 60 days before check-in. For Jan-Apr and multiple month rentals, 1st month rent in full is due 90days prior to occupancy, additional months paid 60 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be given the option to rebook for another date as not to lose any funds. Traveler who cancels at least 90 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. A traveler who cancels at least 60 days before check-in will get back 50% of the total rent. Travelers who cancel closer than 60 days before check-in will receive no refund if owner cannot rerent same term/rate. If property is able to be re-rented, full return or difference in rental rate is provided. Owner makes good faith effort to re-rent property and return all funds. Security Deposits are returned within 30 days of vacancy per Florida law.
Note: The property is located in Gulf Cove, Port Charlotte, the listing defaults to Rotunda West as it is the closest neighborhood, property is not in Rotunda West.
