MacArthur Beach is a gated community that sits steps away from Venice Beach. You have open parking with some spots being under the raquet ball courts. Each mid-rise unit has 4 condos, two upper and two lower. They are staggered so most units have the direct on view of the electric blue ocean like this particular one does. The community has tennis and raquet ball courts, a community pool, mailroom, high rise tower in the middle with addiontal condos, and most importantly private access to the white sands and blue waters Venice beach offers. You are close to downtown, where there is shopping, restaurants, activities, Cenntenial Park-ice cream, gelato, live music in the evenings anything you could want.
