The moment you step into this oceanfront, 5th floor unit it's impossible to feel anything but joy. High-end furnishings and décor will make you feel as if you are in South Beach itself. Bright colors and new furnishings in every room envelope you in a sense of relaxation and happiness.

The spacious oceanfront living room has a 55" Smart TV and brand new leather sectional to enjoy as a group. The oceanfront dining room and fully stocked kitchen contains everything needed for preparing and enjoying meals. The extended, oceanfront balcony holds an abundance seating for some much needed relaxation! Imagine waking up every morning with an amazing sunrise, a cup of coffee, and the sound of the ocean waves crashing all around you. The unit also includes a private laundry room for added convenience. Although the actual beach items are not guaranteed, there's a always a nice variety of toys and chairs in the laundry room available to guests as well.

The oceanfront primary bedroom suite holds a king bed 43" Smart TV, two Chaise lounges, and a private balcony access. The ensuite primary bathroom showcases a double vanity, 6' garden tub, over-sized walk-in shower, and a separate toilet closet. The first guest bedroom contains 2 queen size beds and a 32" Smart TV with a full size bathroom directly across the hall. The second and last guest bedroom holds a King Bed, 32" Smart TV, and an ensuite full guest bathroom.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
