Michael C.This is the cutest little cottage right in the heart of Anna Maria. The beds were comfortable, it was squeaky clean, it had a great backyard. It was equipped with all of the comforts of home including cleaning, products, bikes, and an awesome golf cart! We will be back for sure!

Erika JessicaWe had such an amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had so many thoughtful extras, the welcome basket and toiletries were such a nice touch.The host was fantastic. Super responsive, helpful, and accommodating (they even arranged extra bikes for us!).They provided everything you need for an amazing beach day (cooler, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys, etc.). Tons of easy beach access nearby too.Cruising around the island in the golf cart was a highlight and there are so many delicious restaurants.Would absolutely stay here again! If anything the listing undersold how amazing this place was!

SaraI can honestly say this was one of, if not, THE best air bnb we've ever stayed in. The place was spotless and everythign was updated which we really appreciated. They even had the cutest welcome basket for when we arrived. Fantastic location, darling backyard, and the bikes/boogie boards/paddle boards were an added and much appreciated bonus. We will absolutely stay here again!

JeanBeautiful house with great amenities. They have thought of everything you need for a beach vacation. The house was complete with a lot of thoughtful details that made for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and well maintained. The management team were very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. Location was very close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops.

KathyWe had the most perfect stay at Courtney’s! We were to close to restaurants, shopping and beach, I would highly recommend staying here! Super clean and a nice vibe. Coffee set-up was great and the hot tub was very clean. We plan on returning next year!

ChristaWe enjoyed our stay while visiting Anna Maria island for the first time! Highly recommend renting a golf cart for easy parking and everything was only 5 minutes away, so no need to drive your car around. This home was lovely with just the right amount of space for 6 adults and our one year old son (they provided a high chair, crib, and a pack-and-play!). The ocean is right across the street, but beach access is just a 5 minute walk and there's a little park too. Such a gorgeous area! Having this place as our home away from home was wonderful and well worth it!

AllieOur stay for a quick weekend get-a-way for a girls trip was so perfect at this cottage! Everything was clean just like the listing, and the amenities were great! With a quick walk to Bean Point, you can’t beat it. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to stay on AMI!

BetinaGreat house! Location was perfect. We loved the place. It's very cozy. Everything is brand new in the house. Jacuzzi was new, perfect, the backyard is good, too! We would come back any time if it was available. Communication is so professional and you get a reply instantly. We slept so well, it's very quiet, beds are great. You get lots of toys, like paddle boards, bikes, beach equipment. Maybe even a golf cart, if you have an American drivers licence. Kitchen, living room, dining room is very welcoming. They transferred the garage into a big third bedroom, which looks very nice, too. As we were only the two of us, we did use the room only for washing and drying. Thanks so much for everything!

ColleenMy husband and I traveled with our three littles (7,5 & 2). We were planning on bringing our pup but after getting some new allergies and realizing it was turtle season and there were beach restrictions, we kept her home. Upon arriving, there was a custom welcome basket with snacks for everyone! The house was spotless! The room with the two beds was perfect for the kids and Courtney even had a crib there! The linens were all packaged separately for the crib and overall, had so many little touches that really made our stay extremely comfortable! We were given very easy to follow instructions on check in and out, recommendations for places to eat, check out, local groceries, and so much more! There was plenty of pots, pans and utensils to make meals at home too. The backyard access to the bathroom was very helpful returning from the beach! Must stay here! Don’t look at one more listing!

MichaelWe had a great stay at Key Lime cottage, very clean with easy check in. Location was excellent and walkable to the beaches, shops and restaurants.We made full use of the beach gear and just a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Bean Point Beach. The cottage has everything you need and we were grateful for the snacks and wine.The hot tub was super clean and a great extra.The only negative was that the air conditioning unit was contained in a cupboard in one of the bedrooms and so was too noisy for us but as we were a couple we slept in one of the other bedrooms.

JodyThanks for having us for a long beach weekend. We were impressed as the cozy home was even better in person! Super clean- plenty of towels - and a fully stocked kitchen! We enjoyed a crab & shrimp boil the first night to kick off our stay. We enjoyed walking around the block for bay views from the old piers and Bean Point was super close. We even spotted a bald eagle at the beach. The hot tub was a great way to end the day and look up at the stars. We would love to come back for another visit!
