There is a full size sofa bed in the lounge

There is an inside laundry room!
The clubhouse features a heated pool and spa, billiard/pool room, library, card room, exercise classes, bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard, and plenty of entertainment.
Parking will be on the driveway, as there is a car stored in the garage during those months.

The home is for rent for 3-6 months during the winter months. The rent will include all utilities, including, electric, water, trash collection, internet and cable T.V. There is a $1000 refundable deposit to hold this booking and a $100 Association application fee before arrival. First months rent is due 3 months before the arrival date and the balance is due 1 month before arrival.
