Step directly onto the patio from the second master bedroom, which offers a comfy queen bed outfitted with chic linens, a 43" Smart TV with Xfinity Cable included, plenty of storage space, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has another queen bed, a 50" Smart TV with Xfinity Cable Included, ceiling fan, closet & an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed plus a twin bed, a 50" Smart TV with Xfinity Cable Included, and a desk. Next door to it, the fourth full bath has a walk-in glass shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
Boat owners are prohibited from parking trailers on the property. Guests who park a trailer on the property will be responsible for fines billed from the HOA & City.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.
Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed.
There is a max of 10 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 14 guests allowed at any other time.
Signing our Rental agreement and Pool Waiver is required for al stays. To see a copy of these agreements please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them prior booking.

CSAWWBA World Championship
We had an incredible stay at this rental! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, which made it super convenient after long days at Roger Dean. The property was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our baseball coaching staff during the WWBA World Championship. The pool and spa were a huge bonus for relaxing and recovering between games. This was the perfect property for our group! Aside from the fact that the house is perfectly maintained and beautifully decorated, its location to the beach, restaurants, convenience and grocery stores was awesome! We spent many days in the salt water pool where the in pool loungers were a hit! Although we did some grilling outside, the kitchen has everything even a master chef could think of! I could go on and on about the uniqueness and amenities of this property, but I’d hate for it to be rented when we want to return soon! Ha

Our stay was perfect. We had 8 adults and the house was perfect. TV in all bedrooms, even one large one outside by the pool so the guys could swim and watch the football games. The pool and hot tub are fabulous. House was plenty big for all of us. Kitchen large with huge island. Washer and dryer great for keeping clothes and beach towels fresh. House is across the street from the beach. Takes 5 minutes to reach the sand. We've stayed here before and will be back. Loved everything!

We had an amazing stay at this property. We had a nice gift basket waiting for us then we arrived. Plenty of room to host our party of 9. House had all the instructions carefully laid out throughout the house. Plenty of TV’s and entertainment to keep you busy. Short walk to a beautiful beach and all the gear is waiting for you in the garage. We had a great dinner in Jupiter a short drive away and lunch in downtown West Palm Beach at the City Place. Nice pool area to unwind and relax and a bbq to cook up your catch of the day or nice steaks. Highly recommend this house and area. We will be coming back again soon!! Thanks!!

We had a wonderful stay. This was our second time to stay at this property. Everything is well appointed and very clean. Pool/hot tub are great. Heated nicely and the outdoor shower is great when coming back from the beach. Spacious layout and very nice kitchen with room for everyone. Two washers/dryers makes doing laundry so convenient for a family of 6. Great proximity to the beach, Phil Foster Snorkel Trail, Peanut Island and MacArthur Beach. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

We had a wonderful week at an Amazing beach house! It was fully loaded with everything we needed. Plenty of room for everyone and just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants and shops. Cecilia provided outstanding customer service and was always there if we needed her. Even when there was a minor problem with one of the AC units, she jumped right on it and it got fixed in a just a few hours! This place is a gem and the staff at Maven are fabulous! We had an incredible stay! Cecelia was terrific to work with. Everything was so well-organized and the house was awesome! The location is just steps from the beach and there are fun restaurants/bars right down the street. The house itself has every amenity that you need. My husband, two young kids and I scheduled last minute due to our vacation going wrong and needed to salvage it. The house was perfect for our family! We absolutely loved the pool and spa! Especially as we got to control the heat ourselves! The location to the beach was nice, as was the beach toys they had for us to use. I noticed some people stated the house was outdated and we did not feel that to be the case. With two young kids it was perfect for us as I didn’t feel like I had to watch them like a hawk to make sure nothing got broken! Cecilia was amazing to work with! She was very responsive and made sure our vacation with them was better than where we had come from! Thank you for rescuing our vacation!

What an amazing home. We stayed here with 2 families and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. When we arrived there was a beautiful welcome basket. Everything is thought of that you might need for your stay. The pool area has lots of seating to relax or even have a BBQ. We all enjoyed the jacuzzi too! There is an outside shower to rinse off after returning from the beach which is just a short walk across the street. The garage has everything you could need from chairs, umbrellas and coolers. There are even 2 washers and dryers! The home is perfect! What made our stay even better though was the host. The communication was excellent from questions before we booked to checking on us during our stay. We will definitely be back and recommend using Maven to all our friends!

This was a perfect place for our multigenerational family vacation. My mom, my sister, her husband and their 7month old all stayed very comfortably with the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The home is just like the pictures (gorgeous!) and the hosts were very responsive to any questions I had and even checked in with me during the week to see how things were going. We had coffee in the morning in the beautiful backyard, swam all day in the private pool, cooked dinner together in the huge kitchen, and watched movies at night in the comfy family room. I would highly recommend this property, and we hope to come back!

The space in this house is great for an extended family visit. The small kids loved the pool and short walk to the beach. There are TVs everywhere. The only hiccup was figuring out the interface for the family room TV login to watch your personal streaming services. Ask the younger generation to take care of this.The location is close to a busy street but noise was not very noticeable inside the house. At night it was very quiet. A strip mall is also walking distance with several restaurants. It is all comfort food in a very casual atmosphere. A grocery store and pharmacy are a 5 minute drive away.The house was pristinely clean upon arrival and the property manager was extremely helpful and accessible throughout the visit.

Russell M.Comfortable quick stay for my family
We came down to West Palm Beach area for a long weekend in December. I have 3 kids (13,6, and 4). Each very particular about sleeping in their own bed! This ticked many of the boxes for us. 4 bedrooms, ensuite baths in each, pool, plenty of space, close to the beach. All at a fairly reasonable price. The place itself looked exactly like the pictures. There was plenty of space for everyone, the open concept kitchen was also a plus. We ate most of our meals at the counter top. The kitchen is adequately stocked. The beds were all very comfortable, though the master bed is quite elevated for my wife. The bathrooms were all refreshed. The water pressure was very good. They supplied shampoo and conditioner. The pool was a great size and the hot tub heated up quickly. The beach is a quick 5 min walk away between 2 big condos. Wifi was strong throughout the house. It's about 15 min away from downtown West Palm Beach. Not much to gripe about here. Very minor, but there were a couple of areas in the kitchen that needed some touching up visually. There are tiny flies that are annoying by the pool area. If you leave the patio door open too long, they can come in. The smoke detector is right in front of the stove. Maybe good for code, but can easily be triggered. Aside from that, the place is spot on and great. i'd recommend.

We rented the house for my husband, myself and our four grown children. We were very pleased with the house. It is extremely well-appointed. There is a ton of space, and lovely backyard with pool and jacuzzi, Half a block to the beach and close to Palm Beach and Jupiter. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and plenty of space for all of us to comfortably stay for five days. The hostess of the home communicated many times to make sure we had found everything we needed and we’re well situated, and that was very much appreciated. The amenities were beyond expectation as well. At times I felt like I was in a very lovely hotel. Very cute and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend this home.

It was an amazing stay for my honeymoon. Singer island is perfect for being close to the action but not in it. The perfect location of this property allowed me and my wife to truly relax. Kitchen is big with nice size island in the middle so if you want to stay in and cook you have a state of the art kitchen to do so. The jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect for relaxing at night along with lights in the pool and a bluetooth sound system to set the mood for any occasion. Me and my wife were truly impressed and enjoyed the entire stay!
