BEDROOM & BATHS
This single-level home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Find quiet privacy and your own direct access to the patio & pool on the inviting master bedroom, furnished with a stately king bed and a 50" Smart flat-screen TV. A massive walk-in closet connects to the en-suite bathroom featuring a dual vessel sink and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The guest wing can be shut off from the remainder of the house. This is where the second bedroom is, outfitted with a King bed, a 50" Smart flat-screen TV and direct access to the yard with water views. The gorgeous guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and it is shared with the third bedroom featuring two queen beds.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to take in the ocean breeze on your private 90' waterfront canal dock, featuring 4 chairs for conversation and s'mores beneath the stars, and a fishing table for fishing enthusiasts.
Your private backyard oasis was built with entertaining in mind. Feel the sea breeze on your morning yoga, spend blue-sky days floating in the heated pool or working on your suntan on the loungers. Watch the game on the Cabana, complete with a 50" TV, lounge seating for 5 and a dining table for 6. Speaking of entertainment – enjoy the massive wooden Jinga set, or a game of bags on the spacious patio and greenspace. When the sun sets, fire up the grill with the day's catch and dine al fresco with the views of the intercoastal.
After returning from the beach or day at the park, you'll appreciate the additional front lounging area and outside shower for your sandy feet and beach toys!

No boat trailer parking allowed at the home. Boat trailer parking available at Phil Foster Park (up to 24hs) & at Lake Park Marina (overnight allowed).
Guests can use the dock for boats for an additional $60/day. Max boat size length allowed 30ft. Longer boats may be accommodated upon request.
Street parking is not allowed. Driveway only.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.
Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings of more than 12 guests total at the home allowed.
There is a max of 8 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 12 guests allowed at any other time.
Signing the Rental agreement & Dock Waiver is required for all reservations, no exceptions. A copy of the Dock waiver can be found here:

A privately owned boat is docked year-round. Please don’t board or touch it. Camera on the boat faces the water only.

THE LOCATION

The island is a nature’s haven with 3 nationally recognized parks, world-class snorkeling, and fishing. Just a short walk (.3 miles) from the home is Ocean Reef Park which offers free parking and public beach access. The stunning turquoise waters of Phil Foster Beach (named one of the best dive sites on the planet by Sport Diver Magazine) and snorkeling await 1.5 miles away. Nature’s your jam? Just 5 minutes down the island’s main road, rent SUP boards or kayaks and explore John MacArthur preserve and state park! Nature lovers and bird watchers will love this park’s ecological wonders. Peanut Island is a local favorite that offers boating, fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding and swimming in crystal clear lagoon-like waters. Scuba diving lessons, kayaking, jet-skiing, boat rentals, catamaran rides, and eco-tours are also located just minutes away.
For those traveling to the area by boat, there are two marinas less than 3 miles away offering daily slip rentals, as well as several free boat ramps on the island (some being on Phil Foster Park).
And for those who need some indoor therapy, Palm Beach’s famed Worth Avenue and West Palm Beach’s Rosemary Square are just a short car ride across the causeway bridge.
Buy local and enjoy. If you enjoy small family-owned local goods and the fresh catch of the day, you’ll love Yankee Peddler for fresh produce, and Doris Italian Kitchen for bread, pasta, and desserts. And, for locally caught fish (& cheesecake btw) - Cod and Capers Seafood is a must. Of course, there are plenty of big block grocers nearby, but for fresh and memorable tastes, give them a try.

Our family is so privileged to stay at Seven Palms, and we have done so on several occasions. There is something for everyone with the calming waters out back, the beach just steps away, fabulous restaurants around to corner, and a hop, skip and a jump from the airport. We could not think of a better location.The home is just perfect with 3 large bedrooms, plenty of spaces for all of us for fun as well as privacy, and an outside deck area after a dip in the pool. It’s super clean with all of the appointments we would find in our own home.Add to that, the managment team is superb, always responsive, kind and there to answer any question.We have high expectations, and this place exceeds every time!!! Cant wait to come back.

Marla A.Immaculate and adventurous family stay at Maven’s Seven Palms oasis
My husband and I took our 11 and 9yr olds to visit Both sets of grandparents on Singer Island. We chose Seven Palms to be close to our parents condominiums, to be able to cook some family meals and because the pictures showed an immaculate and simply stunnjng property. We were even more pleased in person! The property matched the pictures and then some with every detail planned out and organized. A perfect kitchen that I hope one day to achieve in my own home! We instantly felt relaxed and spoiled. The hostess was perfectly communicative giving us timely updates on our upcoming stay and checking in briefly to ensure we found all of the home’s amenities. The decor was simple and elegant. The location was also convenient to the Flagler Museum and gelato in Palm beach as well as only about a 2hr drive to Kennedy Space center. Be sure to scan the home’s site when you arrive for activity and dining suggestions. We highly recommend and likely return to this Maven property or another. Enjoy!

We arrived at Seven Palms on a Sunday afternoon and stayed for seven days. The home is beautiful and immaculate. There were drinks and snacks waiting for us. The home has alot of windows which make for a beautiful view in the morning and in the evening. We brought our pontoon boat and was able to leave it on the dock and that made it very convenient to use it daily. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have stayed in at a rental, and the pillows made for very restful nights. The bathrooms had all the supplies you need for your stay, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They also included hair dryers in both shower areas. The kitchen was very well stocked with top of the line utensils and appliances. If there was something I needed it was there. The laundry room is amazing, everything was amazing. Ceclia was so wonderful and was there for everything we needed. This by far has been the best rental we have stayed in and we have stayed in many on vacations. You will not be disappointed. Alos LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Fantastic week! Came down to West Palm with my wife and 3 kids. Immediately upon entering the home, everything was new, clean, and Well organized! The pool was great for the kids and i stopped at the store and purchase some cheap Rod n reels to fish off the back canal. Nights spent outside on the covered porch listening to music Or watching baseball on the outside TV.. the beach across the street was nice and easy to get to but we also made our way to Juno Beach where there were lots of shells and less people.. of course, the home was equipped with everything we needed to Accomodate our family of 5 at the beach… awesome restaurants towards Juno.. Carmine’s and Captain Charlies were our favorites. We even sauntered over to Rapids Waterpark which was only a 10 minute drive. Highly reccomend this home.. it over delivered!
