LIVING AREAS
The house has two living rooms. One of them has a plush couch, two arm chairs, and a Smart 65" TV.
The other one is a family room that offers even more space to gather for a movie night or games with a sectional sofa and another 65” Smart TV with a stereo system.
KITCHEN
Equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances including a double oven, French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, this renovated chef's kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and tools needed to enjoy a home-made meal for maximum occupancy.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The master suite has a king sized bed, a 55" smart TV, walk-in closet, and an arm chair. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head.
In the second bedroom there is a queen sized bed & 55" Smart TV. For families with kids, the third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed along with a twin bed and a 55" Smart TV. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located between these two rooms.
A half bath off of the family room is also conveniently located next to the patio entrance.
OUTDOOR
The patio of this home is charming with dining and sitting areas surrounding the pool in a lush private landscape. The pool and Jacuzzi are heated and have LED lights for your daytime or nighttime pleasure. The varied spa features of the Jacuzzi are accessed using a tablet inside the home. At the end of the day, fire up the Weber gas grill and enjoy dinner under the well lit and covered patio with seating for eight.
OTHER AMENITIES
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and parking for four vehicles (one in the garage, two in the driveway & one ina separate side walk/driveway). Also provided are beach chairs, toys, cooler and a beach umbrella.
This one-story home is completely free of stairs.
FREE TRANSPORTATION TO BEACH & POINTS OF INTEREST
FREEBEE:
The city of Delray is currently offering an on-demand free transportation program. Freebee, a South Florida-based electric transportation company, will provide the service with GEM (Global Electric Motorcars), which are low-speed, battery-electric vehicles. Guests can request a ride through the Freebee app anywhere in the downtown service area which includes our property. Riders of the fixed route can also track the vehicles through the Freebee app.

TROLLEY:
A free trolley that runs through Atlantic Avenue can be used to go to the Beach and anywhere along the "The Ave". The closest stop is a 12 min walk from the house. The trolley runs every 30 min. from 6am-11pm on weekdays, and from 6am to 11pm on
weekends.

THINGS TO NOTE:
There is weekly landscaping maintenance done at the property and bi-weekly pool cleaning. These are on set schedules and cannot be modified. By booking this property guests agree to these maintenance visits.
Boat owners are prohibited from parking trailers on the property. Guests who park a trailer on the property will be responsible for fines billed from the HOA & City.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.
Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed.
There is a max of 8 guests allowed at ANY TIME.
Signing our Rental agreement and Pool Waiver is required for al stays. To see a copy of these agreements please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them prior booking.

Places to sit outside all around the property was amazing! Great location. Loved the fact we could park our car in the garage. The garage is very well stocked with anything you’d need for the beach. Inside the house was beautiful! The kitchen had several items that we use at home (most places we have stayed didn’t have these items). I felt like I was in my own kitchen. Also nice features we didn’t have that was cool to use. The beds and rooms were cozy for sleeping. The back family room was perfect to chill in with our kiddo. The master shower is amazing! The bathroom located at the back close to the pool was very handy. The pool and hot tub were awesome! Everything worked great the whole time. Gorgeous back yard view. Beautiful trees and bushes. The three hole mini golf was definitely one of our favorite parts. Our young son loved the activities, as did we. Maven has done a wonderful job with this rental! Thank you so much!

Dawn F.Spacious and cozy - close to everything that’s happening and enjoyable!
Second time we’ve stayed here; last time was 3 years ago. Since that time the property is sporting a putting green; we enjoyed it immensely. Pool was used every day and typically 2-3x a day. We didn’t notice until the end that you can change the pool light colors, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool (and spa). Most of the space is tiled; which we enjoyed. And having a bathroom close to the pool is a plus. We walked to the Ave and the beach several times and only once got caught by the rain. Thanks for having beach chairs! Parking was not a problem. We had only two vehicles (Bronco’s) and had plenty of room in the driveway and no problem parking one at times in the garage. We enjoyed every inch of space. The living room was cozy for small talk; the kitchen table for goodies (thank you for the snacks; we even brought some); and the outdoor seating facing the fate provided shelter from the rain while allowing us to catch up on some reading. The laundry room worked great for our needs and the kitchen had all the basics covered. For you who like to barbecue, there’s a grill in the pool area. If it works out for us again, we’ll be booking this “home” again.

We were in town to visit one of my best friends who had a baby and lives near the area. We had a great time! We enjoyed riding the Freebee cart downtown and walking down Atlantic, looking in shops and eating great food! The beach is always fantastic! We really appreciated having an umbrella, toys and beach chairs there since we had to fly down and we’re not able to bring those things with us! I was very impressed with the amount of dishes and that there was plastic and glass because having a toddler use glass is not a good idea! There was a great amount of the dishes also, so I did not feel like I had to wash very often as the last thing I would want to do on a vacation would be more house work!

This home is perfect for 2 families with lots of private and gathering spaces. The small pool and jacuzzi is perfect for dipping in to cool down or warm yourself in the jacuzzi tub. The backyard even had a small putting area with 3 holes, putters and balls provided. The home had enough beach chairs, and other beach supplies that made things very convenient. The furniture was comfortable and decor overall, adorable. The home was spotless and the management company was very accommodating. It's location to downtown, very convenient. Loved the snack basket too. Very happy and would return again.

This is a great property located in a perfect area. The house is well stocked with everything you need. My family of five very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals at home. The beds were all comfortable and we had no complaints. The only issue was a clogged drain line and it was fixed within two hours, even on a holiday. Working with the rental company, from start to finish, was a pleasure. We would definitely rent this property again.

We stayed during the hurricane. Cecilia was great to work with as our situation changed a few times. It was perfect for two couples. It would be great for families. There are two bedrooms and a bath on one side and a main bedroom with bath and another half bath. There are three outdoor areas, which is nice when you want to get away from each other! The two living areas worked well for us. But we always met for cocktails, your place or mine? The entire home is very well appointed with lots of dishes, ceramic and plastic. Nice glassware, blender, etc. We used the Keurig and there was a generous amount that lasted throughout our stay. They provide really nice hand and dish soap. The bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They provide really nice towels and linens. There is a washer and dryer and they provide detergent pods. The home is very clean. The neighborhood is very walkable. Publix and Walgreen’s around the corner. The neighborhood is quiet and the grounds are pretty. The pool doesn’t have railings, which you can see in the picture. Something to consider for we seniors. My husband has Parkinson’s and wasn’t able to use it. Just FYI. But everything else functioned beautifully for us. Would stay here again
