This apartment is part of a 2-units duplex. This unit faces the backyard (not the street) and it is adjacent to the other unit with which it shares a wall. The backyard is not fenced to the street, and it is not divided between the 2 properties. However, each property has its own backyard sitting area and its own grill. Each sitting area is not visible from each other as they are both located at the far end of an "L" shaped backyard. The outdoor sitting area shown on the pictures is for your own use.
The laundry room is shared with the next door property and it is a stand alone-separate room located next to the car porch. Access to it is with a code provided to you.

We stayed for 28 days and had a fantastic experience. The unit was spotless. We were comfortable from the moment that we walked in the door. A few specific comments:The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. As this was an extended stay and we would be doing most of our own cooking this was important. The appliances were all top notch and worked beautifully. The Weber grill was great and we gave it a good workout. We were even supplied with great grill tools!The bathroom was what we were looking for here. Everything from good towels to nice water pressure plus excellent shower products were supplied.The bed was comfortable and the linens were great. We slept like at home from the first night. There was plenty of storage space for a chronic overpacked like me.We spent a lot of time in the yard as not every day was a beach day. The patio furniture was comfortable and perfect for our needs.The laundry room had great up to date machines, an important thing for us.Finally and in a personal level, Cecelia was the best. Communications were clear and we had zero unmet expectations. The property was taken care of with pride. Even the neighbors like her (they were great too) which says a lot when living next to a short term rental property.Thanks Cecilia, we truly hope to cross paths with you again.

We had a wonderful experience at this property! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a basket of snacks for our enjoyment! The place was lovely, and great care was taken to ensure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all items needed for cooking. The hostesses were very generous in providing basics necessities that are easy to forget to pack for cooking. We had plenty of paper towels, coffee filters, etc. and there was no extra expense for these items.The bed was very comfortable and had special “reading lights”, which my husband and I loved! We thoroughly enjoyed using the grill and hanging out on the back patio with the beautifully landscaped yard. The white lights that were set on a timer were a wonderful touch! We were within close driving distance of various public beaches and enjoyed exploring the area.

The unit was as described, comfortable, super clean and fully equipped. Outside there is a pretty garden with overhead cover to shade from the sun and a new Weber gas grill that we used frequently. Best of all, Cecilia was a more than helpful host. She quickly responded to our questions and needs from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Lake Worth Beach. The unit was clean, confortable, well equipped, and charming. We especially appreciated the outside space in the garden and how quiet the neighborhood was. The host was very available, present, and communicative. We had no issues, but the host made sure everything was to our satisfaction and we knew that she was easy to reach if there was an issue. The unit is a convenient walking distance from downtown Lake Worth for dining and shopping. We highly reccomend.

This rental is absolutely stunning. From the magnificent landscaping to the great backyard Hangout spot. And let's talk about inside most comfortable beds including the fold out queen in the living room. Everything that you could possibly need. If you're looking for a place to kick your feet up and relax and not have to worry about anything, this is your place. Extremely easy to get into. And a very quiet, safe neighborhood which what was important for me. Even the neighbors are fabulous. My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway that's easy access to anything in the area.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. It was just perfect, very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and comfortable. Super cute and chic apartment facing the backyard of the home which makes you feel in a secluded and serene oasis. Everything you need is there, host is very attentive and readily available. 55" TV had a plethora of live channels as well as complimentary access to Netflix and Prime videos. I was here for the past two weeks. January 8-21. I love this place! My stay was wonderful from the time I checked in until I checked out. Everything was just as stated and the photos online are accurate. The place was very clean. Lelia my host was the best. She made us feel very comfortable. She checked throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Pretty peaceful quiet area, especially the outdoor patio and landscaping. Short walk to Brantley Park and close to all food and shopping. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit was completely new inside. It had all the comforts of home and more. We traveled by plane, so it was great to have beach chairs, towels and cooler. The back yard was so nice day and evening. The location is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping downtown. It was so nice to be able to easily contact the host for any questions. I am a real estate agent that specializes with short term rental properties. I stayed in this rental during a seminar at the convention nearby and looked forward to coming back to the home each time. This is by far the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was very clean and simple. There wasn’t too much clutter when it comes to appliances and furniture. There was plenty enough space for even 4 adults to stay in comfortably. The backyard was my favorite part, to hangout under the lights and enjoy the Florida weather. It was also in a very quiet neighborhood with no one to disturb you. Overall, if you are staying in the west palm beach area, this property will be your favorite spot to hangout and come back to each day during your stay. During you’re stay, you will also be taken care of and checked up on by the host to make sure you are satisfied with your time there and have what you need to enjoy it!

This is a really sweet rental. Clean, well-furnished, quiet, lovely private back yard, walking distance to town and outdoor activities. The host thought of most everything you would need for our stay and also left a basket of goodies on the table. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and also traveling here in a time of Covid. Do go to Victor's French Cafe and the Saturday farmers market. Highly recommended!

Great place, close to beach and town. The unit was as described and was SPOTLESS upon move in. Lelia is a thoughtful host who reached out a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit is on a relatively quiet street and the backyard is cozy, private and well equipped. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the many little touches were appreciated. A basket of snacks, a bottle of wine, a full container of honey were great as was the water purifying pitcher in the refrigerator,, which meant we could avoid buying water bottles or jugs. Bed was comfortable, bathroom small but well equipped with a nice shower. Internet was good, allowing two of us to work remotely during our two week stay. The only thing that could've made this place better would be a pool, but the beach is close by. Five stars for the place and the host. Would stay again for sure.

This host thought of everything! There were bathroom and home amenities, snacks, drinks, a full array of spices for the kitchen, Netflix included and the house was beautiful, exactly as the pictures. I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay and my fiancè and I had such a fantastic time. Every time I found myself looking for something it was easily found or Lelia was a great help with her response. This was one of the best vacation rentals my fiancé and I have ever stayed at. Great location right down the street from Lake Worth Beach and so many other close beaches around to adventure off to as well. The complimentary snacks on the table were delicious and I absolutely loved the style of the entire apartment. The host was super responsive and everything you could need for a perfect beach vacation was there. The two relaxing beach chairs, the nice big beach umbrella, the beach bag and cooler that the host provided was awesome for the beach days and much needed! I also had forgotten to pack makeup remover and shampoo/ conditioner just to find out the home had some when we checked in. The host really didn’t miss a thing here! The outside sitting area is also a perfect addition to step outside and be in a tropical paradise off of the beach too. We will definitely be coming back to this gem of a spot in Florida!

My boyfriend and I spent a week in Lake Worth for both of our birthdays, and this place could not have been better! We flew in at midnight, and even so check in was a breeze. The place itself is the perfect size for two people looking for a cozy getaway. The kitchen is up to date and great for cooking meals, making smoothies, and anything else you’d need. The bed is extremely comfortable, with no shortage of pillows or blankets. The bathroom is beautiful and perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Leila was communicative through the entirety of our stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We spent 30 days at Cecilia's property. We had a great time. The property is very well organized, every little details are taken care of. The place was exceptionally cleen. The kitchen appliances, the gas grill, the beach equipment are top notch just like home. Cecilia was easy to reach and very nice with the very minor things we needed help for during our stay. The internet is fast and you can even use it outside in the backyard. The property is located a bit more than a mile from the beach so we often took a walk through Bryant park to the ocean which was great. We had a fabulous time and we absolutely recommend it.
