MAIN LIVING AREA
The airy living room with high-end, modern furniture, including an electronically reclining sofa and large 65 inch Smart flat screen TV, is the perfect spot for a movie night or watching the big game. During the day, the room is bright and flooded with natural light making it ideal for reading or catching up with the office at the convenient workstation. The living room opens to the outdoor lanai area with large sliding doors, allowing guests the pleasure of enjoying the indoor/outdoor casual Florida lifestyle during their stay.
KITCHEN & DINING
Bring home groceries and play chef in the fully equipped
kitchen, featuring a full fleet of stainless-steel appliances and every gadget you could possibly need. Let friends or family members help you chop and prep while enjoying the magnificent views of the lanai or just pass them an appetizer and enjoy their company. Then, linger over lazy evening meals at a glass top table for 10, lit from above by a chandelier, or dine with the family alfresco on the large patio dining table that seats 10 located just outside. For those grill-masters, fire up the barbeque with the day's catch and continue the engaging conversation with a late-night dip in the hot tub.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
There is plenty of space for all guests to spread out with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths in Coral Blue House. Three bedrooms have King-size beds (and two have en-suite baths). The opulent master suite features direct access to the pool, en-suite bath with dual vessel sink, a tub and a separate large walk in shower, a king-sized bed, an office space, and a window setting overlooking the pool. Bedroom 2 is a full master with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath with dual vessel sink and walk-in shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom in between, the third bedroom has a king bed, and the fourth bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed. All bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs with cable for guests to enjoy their individual programming tastes. All bathrooms are stocked with complimentary toiletries.
EXTRA AMENITIES
Two work areas are available to staying in touch virtually. One located in the living room and another in the master suite. Blazing fast internet speed (230 MBPS download speed) and 2 Google Wi-fi routers guarantee excellent coverage throughout the property.
For beach fun we offer beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler and beach toys.
Other guest amenities include a complimentary starter supply of snacks & beverages, complimentary toiletries, Cable TV, pool toys, Double Washer/Dryer.
Parking is ample, with a garage that fits 2 cars for those that prefer secure parking, and a private driveway that accommodates up to 2 more cars.
THINGS TO NOTE:
Boat owners are prohibited from parking trailers on the property. Guests who park a trailer on the property will be responsible for fines billed from the HOA & City.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.
Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed.
There is a max of 10 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 14 guests allowed at any other time.

MacArthur Park's ecological wonders. Peanut Island is a local favorite that offers boating, fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding and swimming in crystal clear lagoon-like waters. Scuba diving lessons, kayaking, jet-skiing, boat rentals, catamaran rides, and eco-tours are also located just minutes away.
For those traveling to the area by boat, there are two marinas less than 3 miles away offering daily slip rentals, as well as several free boat ramps on the island. And Phil Foster Park, located just 1.5 miles away is one of the top 10 diving sites in the United States.

Once again, the Chicago Scouts Association (CSA) coaching staff had an outstanding experience staying at one of Maven’s properties on Singer Island during the annual Perfect Game WWBA World Championship.The location is ideal for our coaching staff, approximately 15 minutes from both Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium Complex and CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches. The property is also within walking distance of the beach and Johnny Longboats, making it convenient to enjoy some football games and the MLB playoffs after long days at the ballfields.What our coaching staff appreciates most is the peace and tranquility of the property. This house was perfect for our stay - we had a niece and her family that lived near by so we had the aunt, uncle, sister / brother in law and a bunch of cousins ages 2-15. The house had everything we need needed , well stocked and we needed for nothing. It was clean and beds were comfy, lots of hot water for us all to shower after the beach days - pool / hot tub was great. House instructions and communication on point .

We arrived and were pleasantly surprised at just how beautiful and peaceful the property was. The Pool and Spa were so inviting. The Patio area was large and accommodating for many guests The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach is within walking distance. The property had everything we needed to be comfortable while on the beach, chairs, umbrellas, Coolers. And plenty of beach towels. Our contact person was Cecilia, who was a delight to converse with. She was very responsive to our questions and prompt with one maintenance issue we had. The property is located close to the Publix for groceries. This house was perfect from the moment we walked in a hot tub that actually works a heated pool that is beautiful two master bedrooms and a walk every morning to the beach, which was 10 minutes away. and a restaurant to eat breakfast at Across The Street at Marriott’s hotel was very good. The owners are great also and they check in on you from time to time if you’re looking for a great place to stay, you have found it.

This is a professionally run rental, a very positive experience. Not sure what else can be said that hasn’t already. They have really thought of everything , I mean the kitchen was fully stacked, towels that were quality and the beds were comfortable.Some of my favorites about the property 1) location, across the street from an amazing beach 2) walk to a killer breakfast and coffee at the Hilton Singer Island 3) The best part, the backyard … we had a barbecue one day, the pool, cabana , the grill was excellent and so many places to chill. Don’t worry plenty of Sun- all day long.Really a beautiful development, rent a boat one day visiting and chill @ Peanut Island, the kids loved it.Can’t wait to visit again !

We had an absolutely wonderful week-long stay at the Maven home on Singer Island. Several highlights included the fantastic pool, hot tub and fully equipped kitchen. Everything was perfect and the home was exceptionally clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and spotless. The grounds were beautifully maintained making our stay even more pleasant, the home was spacious and perfect for our family of six with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the living area. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and create a family memory we’ll cherish for a long time. Our host Cecilia was extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions and followed up promptly asking if there was anything that needed her attention. We would definitely stay here again .

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the necessities for cooking we didn't need a thing. The bedrooms are laid out so that they provided privacy. We loved the pool and hot tub and the outdoor area complete with TV. It had ample parking for our 4 cars. It is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood just minutes from the public beach. We would stay here again.

Amazing pool, outdoor area with TV. Our family of 8 really enjoyed this property. Spacious living area and beautiful bedrooms, super clean upon arrival, quite neighborhoods week. This property allowed us to spread out and didn't feel cramped. Also 2 washers and dryers was super handy, making for light packaging.The pool area with an outdoor living room, TV and refrigerator is a hidden gem, making lunch and relaxing in the evening.
