Feel the sea breeze on your morning yoga, work on your suntan on the loungers, splash (or float!) around in the heated pool, and save an evening or two for watching the stars come out from the inset jacuzzi. A large flatscreen Smart TV and outdoor kitchenette make the covered cabana a shady spot to kick back without direct sun and watch the game. And a refreshing outdoor shower is located by the pool for rinsing off from the beach or a quick cool down after a day of invigorating outdoor activities.

MAIN LIVING AREA

The airy living room with high-end, modern furniture, including an electronically reclining sofa and large 65 inch Smart flat screen TV, is the perfect spot for a movie night or watching the big game. During the day, the room is bright and flooded with natural light making it ideal for reading or catching up with the office at the convenient workstation. The living room opens to the outdoor lanai area with large sliding doors, allowing guests the pleasure of enjoying the indoor/outdoor casual Florida lifestyle during their stay.

KITCHEN & DINING

Bring home groceries and play chef in the fully equipped
kitchen, featuring a full fleet of stainless-steel appliances and every gadget you could possibly need. Let friends or family members help you chop and prep while enjoying the magnificent views of the lanai or just pass them an appetizer and enjoy their company. Then, linger over lazy evening meals at a glass top table for 10, lit from above by a chandelier, or dine with the family alfresco on the large patio dining table that seats 10 located just outside. For those grill-masters, fire up the barbeque with the day's catch and continue the engaging conversation with a late-night dip in the hot tub.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

There is plenty of space for all guests to spread out with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths in Coral Blue House. Three bedrooms have King-size beds (and two have en-suite baths). The opulent master suite features direct access to the pool, en-suite bath with dual vessel sink, a tub and a separate large walk in shower, a king-sized bed, an office space, and a window setting overlooking the pool. Bedroom 2 is a full master with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath with dual vessel sink and walk-in shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom in between, the third bedroom has a king bed, and the fourth bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed. All bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs with cable for guests to enjoy their individual programming tastes. All bathrooms are stocked with complimentary toiletries.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Two work areas are available to staying in touch virtually. One located in the living room and another in the master suite. Blazing fast internet speed (230 MBPS download speed) and 2 Google Wi-fi routers guarantee excellent coverage throughout the property.

For beach fun we offer beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler and beach toys.

Other guest amenities include a complimentary starter supply of snacks & beverages, complimentary toiletries, Cable TV, pool toys, Double Washer/Dryer.

Parking is ample, with a garage that fits 2 cars for those that prefer secure parking, and a private driveway that accommodates up to 2 more cars.

THINGS TO NOTE:

Boat owners are prohibited from parking trailers on the property. Guests who park a trailer on the property will be responsible for fines billed from the HOA & City.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.

Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed.

There is a max of 10 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 14 guests allowed at any other time.

Signing our Rental agreement and Pool Waiver is required for al stays. To see a copy of these agreements please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them prior booking.

AREA HIGHLIGHTS

Almost too many to list, guests will never run out of things to do on Singer Island! Ocean Reef Park beach is just a 5-7 min walk away and offers free parking. Phil Foster Park, named one of the best dive sites on the planet by Sport Diver Magazine, is a short 1.5 miles from the home. Nature lovers and bird watchers will love John D. MacArthur Park's ecological wonders. Peanut Island is a local favorite that offers boating, fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding and swimming in crystal clear lagoon-like waters. Scuba diving lessons, kayaking, jet-skiing, boat rentals, catamaran rides, and eco-tours are also located just minutes away.

For those traveling to the area by boat, there are two marinas less than 3 miles away offering daily slip rentals, as well as several free boat ramps on the island. And Phil Foster Park, located just 1.5 miles away is one of the top 10 diving sites in the United States.

And for those who need some indoor therapy, Palm Beach's famed Worth Avenue and West Palm Beach's Rosemary Square are just a short car ride across the causeway bridge.
