This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World.

The home is wonderfully furnished with hours of fun waiting for you and your guests inside the game room, loft, or the movie theater room.

Quiet hours after 10.00 pm ǀ Only 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult ǀ No parties or events ǀ Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in) ǀ A third party runs the resort facilities. Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing Charcoal ǀ grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. Our grill is available for a one time fee rental which includes one propane tank ǀ Please note: Our pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. While the use of the pool and spa (where available) itself is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. To request pool and spa heating, please contact out customer agents after your reservation is confirmed. If paid in advance, we will activate the system at least 24 hours before your arrival. Please be aware: The temperature of the spillover spa (where available) can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. Our pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage. This may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.

This luxurious amenity center is for homeowners in Lennar’s Champions Gate together with vacationing guests staying in the resort’s short term rental approved neighborhood, The Retreat at Champions Gate. Inside the 16,000+ sq. ft. | 1,500 m² clubhouse building you will find The Grille Room restaurant and bar, concierge desk, a movie theater, fitness center, game room, and more. Among the outdoor amenities are two temperature controlled pools, a lazy river, 2-story water slide, children’s water play structure, sand volleyball, rentable cabanas, poolside food and drink service, and the Tiki Bar. Separately, the community also features 7 tennis courts and the Champions Gate Country Club golf course.
