*Access the back screened patio with outdoor seating and dining area through sliding glass doors off the dining room. Safety alarm on slider door.
*Access the backyard through the screened in patio. The backyard is fenced and completely private. A large wooden pergola provides the perfect shade for our outdoor seating area. This beautiful space overlooks the large, inground, heated pool. Whether sunbathing or having an afternoon chat, the large pool deck provides ample space for everyone. Play a family game of life sized Connect 4, corn hole or enjoy a nice BBQ meal fresh off the grill. At night things come alive with all the beautiful lighting that keeps you enjoying this beautiful space.
*The large open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities, updated appliances and more. Whether you enjoy drip coffee or a single cup of coffee, our Coffee Station is set up for you and stocked with a starter supply of coffee, creamers and sugar. Enjoy a quick breakfast at the island bistro set or a family meal in the dining room.
*The living room is home to our comfy couches with built in recliners and chair. Large screen Smart TV, family games and FAST, FREE WiFi.
*The garage is home to bikes, a couple fuse ball tables, our beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, beach cart and a cooler) and our laundry facilities.
*For your convenience and enjoyment, we have provided you with some extras such as a Highchair, a pack n play, and throw blankets. We provide you with a complimentary, starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap and extra trash bags in all our trash cans. We also provide 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper (in each bathroom). All bed linens are provided, as well as a full set of towels for each guest (1 bath, 1 hand, 1 wash cloth), make up removal wash cloths, and a beach towel.
*Out front you will find ample space to park your vehicles (Max of 4 vehicles).
*We hope that The Sandpiper provides you with ample opportunities to experience new things, make great memories and leave refreshed.
Guests have full access to the entire house. We have 2 owners closets that are locked. There is an in-law suite on an adjacent property. This is completely separate and has it's own private entrance and outdoor space. The only 'shared' space is the driveway which is their parking area.
We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.

As local hosts, we are readily available to help if you should have a need arise. Please do not hesitate to reach out via the Airbnb platform. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.

ValentinaThis was our first trip to Anna Maria Island, even though the house is not precisely in the island for us was perfect because it was on a great location with tons of shops and restaurants around. Our intention was to relax, go to the beach as much as weather allows us and enjoy eggs house-pool as much as we could. I love cooking so I cooked every day (restaurants are fun but too expensive for the quality of food) so it was important for me to have grocery stores near by so this house was extremely close to a few.The house was super clean and it really looks like the pictures, the pool was amazing my kids and us enjoyed a lot! We had dinners on the enclosed patio, watched a movie in the nice couches, played fuss-ball many times…it was great! The few questions I had Randy was very fast to respond. In overall this stay was going to be memorable for us!

The pool was the perfect touch for a relaxing getaway, and so serene. This will be our place to stay for our Anna Maria beach vacations!

ElaineEverything in the house was amazing, just like it was described and shown in the pictures. The outside and the pool were a hit with my kids, and they enjoyed them until the very last minute. The house was cozy, super clean, and exactly as described and pictured.

ErickaNo safety alarm on back door that leads to pool. This was our number one reason for booking, as we have an autistic runner kiddo who cannot swim. This needs replaced or removed from listing. We also found mold in the home in various places. The return vent for the air exchange being the main one. Next door, the permanent tenant smokes outdoors which drifts to the kiddos swimming in the pool and really ruins the vibes. Randy however, was an easy going & nice guy who really cared for his property outdoors and probably isn’t aware of the many issues indoors. Due to the health/mold concerns, we left our luggage outside most of our trip. This must have alarmed Randy because we returned to the home after being at the beach all day and we could not mistake the odor of bug spray throughout the home. Randy denied he sprayed bug spray or had an exterminator out while we were at the beach. If we could have recouped more money, we would have cancelled.

LisaWe really enjoyed our stay at Randy’s place! We stayed there during spring break with my husband and 3 boys (8, 6, and 3). I was a little nervous at first due to the review right before mine, but rest assure everything was great! There is another occupant that parks in the driveway, but stays at a completely separate house with separate entrance.We did see them once during pur stay and they were absolutely lovely and we had a great conversation. Other than 1 small interaction, we would have never known they were even there. My boys absolutely loved the pool, the temperature was perfect for cool evening swims. The house was clean and had everything we possibly needed. It was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for our beach days. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and about 10-20 minutes (depending on the the time of the day) to the beach. Randy responded promptly anytime there was a question or concern. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

JessicaWe were very disappointed with our stay at Randy’s place. Upon arrival, we noticed two other cars in the driveway, which was concerning as we believed we had booked the entire house. When we brought this up with Randy, he responded rudely and implied that if we hadn’t seen the cars, we wouldn’t have known there were other people on the property. This felt deceptive, as we clearly saw and encountered the other guests throughout our stay. They were staying in the same house, just using a separate entrance.Randy’s dismissive attitude and lack of transparency left a bad impression from the start, which affected our entire experience. The house itself is fine, not particularly fancy, and located in a neighborhood that wasn’t as quiet as we’d hoped. It’s about a 20-minute drive to the beach, which was where we ended up spending most of our time, as the pool was too cold to use.Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this property or renting from this host. ChristyStayed here for a long weekend. Randy’s place was great! Clean, nice amenities and just enough space for our family. Would totally stay here again! Randy was a great host and was very communicative with me about checking in and out and any questions I had during my stay.
