Welcome to The Orange Leaf. This newly remodeled home is designed with a modern take on old Florida style. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is spacious, bright, comfortable and filled with many opportunities for relaxation and fun. Step inside, kick off your shoes, and get ready to relax. Or step into our air conditioned garage game room filled with arcade games, a full air hockey table that can also allow for a competitive game of ping pong. Or relax on the couch and enjoy a movie on our smart tv.
Out back you will find an escape. Our backyard houses a pool, screened in lanai, grill, putting green and a wood burning firepit. We also have corn hole and life sized connect 4. Back inside our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary tools to allow you to prepare wonderful meals throughout your stay. If you really want to leave our property and enjoy some of the other attractions around our beautiful city, we are just minutes from the AMI beaches(6-8 miles), restaurants, ocean horseback riding, jet skis and more. No need to overpack, we have provided you with beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and a beach umbrella to make your excursions a little easier. We look forward to hosting you in our beautiful home.

We brought my 6 month old baby and the house even had all the baby items I could think of from a high chair to a pack n play. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked out great for our dinners. We really enjoyed Randy's house and would return.

MaryWe absolutely loved landing at Randy's "Orange House" after a week of chaos and exhaustion at Disney. We were able to enjoy leisure and relaxation time both at the house and nearby beaches. I ask a ton of questions and Randy promptly and professionally answered every single one. Our family, including two teen boys and a little girl, made life-long memories. We were able to swim at our leisure and played many ping-pong tournaments! Every single detail was thought of to contribute to an amazing experience. Continued success to you :)

KatlynWe had the absolute best time at the Orange Leaf. Randy went above + beyond to help with a TV issue we had upon arrival + to answer all our questions in a very timely manner. Necessary amenities for our 9 month old were also a wonderful thing to have. We all thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space + game room during our stay. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have had during a vacation stay. Also, love the close proximity to Anna Maria Island (about 18 minutes) and also had a bunch to do within 5 minutes of the listing as well. Lots of tears were shed by our 4 + 5 year old having to leave. Thanks for having us! We will be back!

KatieExtrememly responsive host - I did not meet Randy but met his property manager who was so lovely. The coffee machine broke and they came right over to fix it. The place was very clean and exactly like the description. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The backyard is beautiful.

AdamWe had a great couple of weeks at the Orange Leaf property. The home offered a lot of value with multiple living spaces including the game room which was great for our two little kids to have some extra space to get some energy out without running around inside the house! The backyard is great with lots of things to do. The homes was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We made several trips to Anna Maria Island and Sarasota, all of which were easily accessible in a short drive from the home. We also had a few dinners in downtown Bradenton, just up the road. Communication and instructions from the host were clear and they were available for anything we needed during our stay. We'll definitely consider coming back again!

JessThe orange house was everything and more for my family’s mini cation. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless. After my son’s first tournament game we hung out in the living room with the board games provided by the hosts, and later we made s’mores… we had a blast. This home made such an impression that my four year old daughter is still asking when are we going back. She’s no longer impressed by our home in sunny isles beach. lol. ElizabethThe house looked exactly as listed. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and in close proximity to many beaches, shopping centers, etc. We brought the cooler temperatures with us to Florida for this particular weekend so we did not use the outdoor space as much as other families who stay during warmer weather. However, we were able to utilize the indoor space and enjoyed numerous ping pong competitions, played arcade games and took advantage of the air hockey. They have games too- (ex. Cards and other board games you could play.) We appreciate the opportunity to stay here and should we be back in this area again in the future we would definitely stay again. Hosts were friendly, responded quickly and check in was easy.

ShawnaSuper quiet neighborhood. Beautiful oak trees lined the roads. Inside the home was immaculate! The decor is so cute and homey. Kitchen well stocked. Game room was awesome! Air hockey, video games! That’s where my eight year old spent most of his time! Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. We wanted to take those beds home with us!! Not too hard, not too soft - just right! Outdoor space was sweet! Put put golf, cornhole, pool, fire pit! We utilized the fire pit more than the pool because the weather was rather chilly. Publix is about six minutes away. We ate at Peach’s restaurant one morning for breakfast, about five minutes away, delicious and affordable. We went to Mote Marine and Sarasota Jungle Gardens. Super fun for the kiddos! We drove down the strip by Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island. Not too far away. We stopped at a restaurant called The Kokonut Hut directly on the beach. Great atmosphere! Randy was quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank you!!

MabelWe had a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly clean, from the kitchen and fridge to the linens and all surfaces. It felt spotless and inviting. The place was packed with amenities—there were arcade games, a ping pong table, plenty of yard games, and a TV in every room, so everyone was entertained! The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and we all got great sleep.The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which added to the relaxation factor. The decor was tasteful and had a beautiful Florida theme, with orange and green touches throughout—loved the wall art! The home was both family- and pet-friendly, making it ideal for us. It was a relaxing space, and we’d definitely come back!

NicoleWe loved this quiet neighborhood & the house is just as it appears in the photos! Super cute decor and has everything you need! There was a section of fence missing and the pool was not able to be used for a couple of days but Randy was very responsive and had the pool taken care of for us. Given that the area had just recently been hit by 2 major hurricanes, we totally understood and were overall very pleased with this property and would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all!

RachelMy partner and I came down to celebrate our anniversary, and this was the perfect place to do that. The house itself was gorgeous and so clean, and there was so much to do. From the video games, pool, and outdoor amenities, you never have to leave the house if you don’t want to! There are still so many great places to explore within a 30 minute drive. If we are ever planning another trip to the area, we will be looking to stay here again.

AllisonThis house was everything we hoped it would be. The furnishings were on point with the age of the house. Very mid century modern. And I’m here for it. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. There was also shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. But the crème de la crème was the outdoor space. The pool was heated and deep. The only thing is the steps are a little steep but that can’t be helped. This is a well made pool. All the games were fun and kept us outside much longer. I wish there was an outdoor shower to wash before and after the pool and I wish we could have used the fire pit. It was just took not to do that. We would definitely stay here again. Amazing property.

CamiloIt’s a nice home and cozy. Lots of areas indoors for family to hang out and relax. Every appliance and smart devices available. Game room was a cool space with good A/C. My issues were the pool. It took 2 days to get cleaned. Third day of my stay the pool was great. Fourth day there were tadpoles all inside so it wasn’t cleaned well or treated well I should assume. The garage / game room had roaches every night. Nothing is close bye. Ana Maria island is a 30 min drive while Siesta Key is another 45 min drive. If the pool is treated and cleaned well as well as better maintenance I would recommend staying here if you’re looking to stay in and just chill on the property.

NicoleWe had a wonderful stay!! 2 adults and 4 kiddos and had enough room for everyone. The house was beautiful and clean. The private backyard oasis was amazing! The kids had so much fun in the pool and playing yard games! We had everything we needed for our stay. The added high chair and pack play for baby was great. The beach supplies available were also really nice and convenient. We had one tropical storm during the stay that allowed water into the game room and it was taken care of by Randy and his contractor as soon as possible to avoid any water into the game room in the future. Would book with Randy again in the future. We frequented Coquina beach which was 15-20 mins away. The drive was no problem for us. It was a beautiful beach! Thanks for hosting!

JenniferRandy was an amazing host. Very responsive and kept us informed throughout the stay. The home was beautiful and very clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was amazing and it was so nice that he provided beach chairs, beach towels, a backpack cooler, beach umbrella and toys, we put them to use everyday at the beach. Great central location to all of the beaches, shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. There were a total of 7 in our party and the house was more than enough space. We will definitely book with Randy again.

MaryThis place was great. Lots of fun games and activities at the house, with all the supplies you would need for a relaxing weekend. Super cute Florida vibe. My only wish was that they had more substantial blinds on the windows, as the pool lighting shone bright through the thin curtains and the morning sun woke us up early.
