Winter has hit hard and you are ready to escape the frigid temperatures and feel the sand between your toes. Anna Maria's beautiful beaches await your arrival. Just steps from our front door you will have access to the sandy shores, restaurants, shops and so much more. This is one of two completely remodeled villas. We used colors, textures and design to create a space where you can kick off your shoes, relax and be refreshed. This villa is the perfect place for your next getaway.
We are so excited to introduce our newly redesigned villa. Solace East has been thoughtfully designed with your tranquility in mind. From the colors, to the linens, to the decor our goal was to provide you a place of escape and retreat. This inviting space offers you the opportunity to unwind, whether relaxing with a movie on the couch, enjoying an afternoon siesta. In your private outdoor space spend the afternoon taking a dip in the pool or walking across the way and enjoying some time in the sand. At night the outdoors are beautifully lit to let you keep enjoying the space. Whether using the pool with its waterfall feature, or grilling a meal. Our private outdoor space also features a beautiful outdoor shower where you can rinse all the sand off before dipping in the heated waters of our pool. We believe this space is perfect.

We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.
We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

JohnThis house is absolutely stunning! My husband and I stayed here for a week and had the best time! We loved that we had our own private pool with a waterfall, the house was clean and spacious we definitely felt at home. Randy was a great host and was quick with replying back to any questions we had. We were just mins from the beach, shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed for the beach and pool from beach towels, chairs,pool Floaties and a wagon to cart everything to the beach with us. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back!

Randy was very responsive and made us feel right at home. Great location—within walking distance to Holmes beach and local shops, yet quiet and safe. We greatly enjoyed having your own private pool. They thought of every little detail, like beach chairs, toys for the little ones, beach towels, and even flowers! We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

KatieThis place was perfect for my family of 4. We personally love staying in this area of Holmes beach. Very short walk to my favorite most beautiful beach. You can walk to shops, great restaurants and grocery. The house is between pine street and bridge street, so each one was a short drive away. I’m a little bit of a germaphobe and I really appreciated how clean this entire house is. We enjoyed pool time as well! Thanks so much for hosting us during our vacation!

AndreaThis property was recently renovated and beautifully decorated. The living space was lovely. The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable and cozy. The swimming pool had fun amenities and waterfall. The pool area lighting made night swimming really enjoyable as well. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. Randy, our host, was very kind, timely with all communications and extremely helpful when a few questions came up during our stay. This is a great place for a relaxing beach getaway.

CherylWhere do I begin! Spent the week in AMI for spring break with three girlfriends! This home was amazing and even better than depicted in description! Apparently it was damaged in past storms and has been completely redone! Everything was fresh and beautiful and it had everything we needed! Pool was a bonus! The walk to the beach was very easy and short! I highly recommend this property! Randy was great and easy to work with!

AmyThis home was absolutely perfect for our family; complete with all we needed to relax, feel at home and enjoy our trip. The location is in a quiet residential area, but walking distance to Publix, CVS, and several local restaurants; even better yet was the short walk to the beach, which made coming back and forth with our children easy. Our family’s favorite part was the private pool where we spent all of our afternoons! We enjoyed Randy’s place so much and cannot wait to come back again!

KensyThis was a beautiful place and we will be recommending this location to others! We have been coming to Anna Maria for about 9 years now and this place tops the list of places to stay it! Quick walk to the beach, shops, grocery store, restaurants, it was the perfect location for us. The pool was heated and our children loved the water fall. The place is packed with everything you could need. Beach materials all provided including beach cart, chairs, beach towels! The Host was extremely interested in making sure your stay is 100% to your satisfaction. You won’t regret booking this magical little spot!
