This property is situated in a resort-style community with access to a large heated pool, private dock, lush landscaping walkways with royal palms and picnic tables and grill stations throughout.

Both the primary and second bedrooms include queen beds and cable TV, with a shared updated bathroom featuring a modern vanity and tiled shower conveniently located between them. A bright Florida room with Intracoastal views adds extra living space with abundant natural light and a pull-down futon for additional sleeping options. Guests also have access to shared coin-operated laundry in an air-conditioned first-floor room. Here you are walking distance to Salt Rock Grill, Smuggler's Cove Mini Golf and more within a reasonable walking distance.
