It’s the perfect place to relax and watch TV after a long, exhausting day. In need of a house with a pool? You’re in luck! Take a dip in the large pool or relax in the jacuzzi. If the Florida sun becomes too much, head to the covered lanai. Be prepared to be entertained!
There is a games room with a flat screen TV with Wii, table tennis table, and a pool table. This open planned home is on one floor with a spacious living room and a formal dining area which can seat 6 guests comfortably at one time.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and has granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. There is also a snack table in the kitchen and a formal dining area.
There are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, a further Guest Queen bedroom at the front of the home plus two rear bedrooms with two Twin (single) beds in each – perfect for children.

Pool heat is available for the cooler winter months at an extra fee.

Area Information

This vacation home is suitable for families with a shaded Lanai on the pool deck and a spa to relax after golf, or the extra steps at Disney or the shopping Malls. We also have a pack and play cot for the babies, and a full wooden cot in the guest King Master bedroom. Please ask for the high chair if needed and make yourselves at home!
This gated community is close to Champions Gate shops and Restaurants and a quick Uber drive away if your designated driver wants a night off. Management Company are local should you require any assistance during your stay and may be contacted on the numbers displayed in the directory.

Cypress Pointe is a gated community with our home backing onto conservation trees for extra privacy. The home has a keyless entry system with access codes provided once full payment is received. For advance bookings we accept a $500.00 deposit with the balance payable up to 8 weeks prior to your stay.
