A Villa surrounded by beautiful million dollar homes with an incredible view of the Gulf!. Scenic Hwy in Destin is a six mile drive along the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful views of the Gulf and Lake Destiny can be seen from every window in the villa.

This villa has two units that are two bedrooms each, they each features kitchens, living and dining areas. Perfect for two families traveling together but want to rent separately and be close by! It is located across from the public James Lee Park.

Upstairs 3A master has a Pottery Barn King bed and has a private half bath. There is a balcony off this bedroom overlooking lake. The master bedroom downstairs 3B also has a king bed and also overlooks the Lake with a private balcony. There is a bunk bed in the second bedroom downstairs 3B with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top (this room sleeps 3). The guest bedroom upstairs 3A has a daybed with a trundle beneath (2 twins) There is also Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room downstairs 3B - ALL bedrooms have lake views and ALL kitchen, living room and dining areas have VIEWS looking to the Gulf.

Super sanitized for your peace of mind! We deep clean between guests with a hospital grade sanitizer, wiping down all surfaces and washing all comforters, blankets, sheets and towels. Your villa will be super cleaned!

Why Kids Love It

Children love to watch turtles in the lake behind the villas! There is a walkway behind all the villas. You can also SUP or canoe! The beach is only 50 steps from the villa or take the tunnel under the road with a carriage which is only 5 minute walk or less! Surf lessons, water park, fishing and Harbor close-by, and more! The pool for the villas is a 30 second walk. Barbeque grills, seating for picnics and bike racks are also nearby (the pool).

Literally 50 STEPS to the beach with incredible views! The villa is centrally located in Destin near the Destin Commons with the new Whole Foods, the Silver Sands large Outlet mall, Big Kahuns's water park, Regatta Bay and Kelly Plantation golf courses and marinas. Golf! Shopping! Day Spas! Amusement Parks! Water Parks! We have it all! Best walking on the 10 foot running/biking path along Scenic Highway 98 to many restaurants and more: SUP/Paddleboard and Surfing School nearby.

Walk to over a dozen restaurants! Our favorites are less than one half mile, an easy walk! We supply you with all the things to do in our IBrochure. Just ask for it or see our website. Scenic Hwy has a large walking and bike path stretching 5+ miles.

Favorite Places To Eat

There are some great restaurants close by! The Crabtrap across from the Villa has great food and there is a bar and playground in the back on the beach. We always make it here our first night! You can also walk to some other of our favorites including Camille’s (1.4 miles) and Henderson Beach Inn (1.7 miles) with several choices, including amazing pizza, sushi and fresh seafood. Pompano Joe's and Capt. Dave's are less than .5 mile.

Less than a 10 minute drive: In front of Sandestin there is an outside mall, Grand Boulevard, area that has lots of great restaurants: Tommy Bahama's, Cantina Laredo, Fleming’s Steakhouse, PF Chang’s, Emeril’s and more. (Across from Lily Pulitzer, Vineyard Vines) Make reservations…the wait can be long. Also in the back of Sandestin, Bay Towne is fun for a night out. There is also a restaurant located in the Beachwalk Condo building on Scenic Hwy just west of the villa (also walkable) is very good - a local's favorite. If you go, try to go at sunset and sit outside! Some other favorite restaurants are Mimmo's Italian, Wine World and Craft Bar in the Publix shopping area and also in Sandestin's Publix shopping area. Tuscany across from Sandestin (ultimate favorite especially for the happy hour specials), Dewey Destin's near the Harbor - or if you are brave enough, the Calhoun Street location located on a dock and Jim and Nick's Barbecue by Home Depot. Also La Familia (Italian seafood, etc.) in mall in front of Walmart. YELP, the app, usually has great choices too.

The Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Center has weekly live concerts (located near Home Depot in Destin) every Thursday night. Really great bands play!

The Mattie Kelly Arts Center in Niceville, Florida, has Broadway plays and musicals. Check the website for schedule. It is located at the Northwest Florida State College campus. ALSO, a must see is the Art Museum. Many exhibits including their very own collection of over 90 original Salvador Dali paintings! AMAZING!!

For a little futher down the road, but within 35-40 minutes, visit the Gulf Breeze Zoo and the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center where you can meet Sweet Pea, a rescued sea turtle!
