THINGS TO NOTE:
This property is a duplex consisting of two separate units with separate entrances and separate ACs. This unit faces the street and north side of the duplex. The only area shared with the other unit is the laundry room which is a separate, stand alone room located at the carport containing a state-of-the-art washer & dryer. The patio is not fenced to the street, nor divided between the two units, but each unit has its own separate and private outdoor seating and grilling area. Each seating/grilling area is not visible from each other.
No boat and trailer parking on driveway.
Maximum parking for 2 cars (1 in driveway and 1 in street)
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.
Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed.
Only the registered guests allowed overnight. A max of 8 guests allowed at ANY other time.
Signing our Rental agreement and Grill Waiver is required for all stays. To see a copy of these agreements please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them prior booking.

So I can’t spend the night at her place she can’t spend the night at my place but we wanted a romantic night to wake up from together and this place delivered I made dinner here with ample amount of space beds weren’t squeaky and the host was not only beautiful but gracious to help out whenever I had a question. Definitely will be coming back 11 times a year if I work well.

The property is awesome. The ranch style house is in an excellent area. Publix about 1.1 miles from the property. It was super clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Love the gas stove. I loved staying here. There is nothing that I could say to make my stay better. Whenever I had a question Cecilia was right on it.The pictures of this house match what you see. The price point is excellent. Will be back!

We stayed here for a week and really had a great time. The apartment has everything you need and many things you don’t need but love to have….the rain shower is phenomenal. We looked forward to coming home from the beach and taking that long shower. The place has beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys so you’re all set to hang out at Lake Worth Beach which is a beautiful beach. If you’re not a beach person there’s plenty of other activities in the area. The kitchen also has everything you could possibly want should you choose to cook. We often made lunches to take to the beach which was convenient but there are places to buy lunch there. This is a great place to stay it’s very well decorated, comfortable beds, and well equipped. It’s my second stay and I will return again.

My husband I needed a place to stay so we could attend our sons baseball games. I waited until the last miute to book contacted Cecilia and she responded back very quickly and was very pleasant to work with. The house is decorated beautiful and very clean. The beds were soft and the waterfall shower head is a plus. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Parking is right at the front door, which is really nice. The washer and dryer are are in a locked room in the carport and is shared with the other unit. This was not an issue for us at all. There is a nice, quaint sitting area outside with lighting. I had to work a few hours while I was there and the bar table in the livingroom with multiple outlets was perfect for me to use. This is a great place to stay and would definately recommend. Thank you Cecilia!!!!!

Enjoyed a lovely stay in this home! It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. We appreciated the small details everywhere -- spa robes, bottled water and soda in fridge, snacks, outlets everywhere, chargers, vanity mirror, soft towels. The place was spotless; kitchen was well organized with everything we could need; bed was SUPER comfortable. The home is one half of a duplex so there were a few people coming and going across the front (shared parking area) but nothing obtrusive at all. Everyone was so friendly, and area was quiet. And the location was the best -- so close to the beach and great restaurants. Communication with the host was great -- we had detailed check-in info ahead of time and they were proactive, checking to see that we had all we needed. Looking forward to returning!

We had the best vacation here and will return as soon as possible. We loved the rain shower and the beds were so comfortable we slept great but it was hard to get moving in the morning cause we were so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and they haven't forgotten anything. We really felt at home there and it was so close to the beach that we went every day. The beach chairs were in good condition and we often sat outside at night which was quiet and relaxing. The location is close to everything and you can stay right in Lake Worth if you want. Can't wait to go back!!!!!

The host was very hospitable and attentive. Kitchen is super cute & appliances worked excellent. A generous selection of coffee making options were a treat. We found the beds and fresh smelling linens very comfortable, bathrobes and disposable slippers provided made us feel like a Spa. The 55" Entertainment TV was phenomenal. We appreciated the fast internet speed for work.

Lovely 2 bed unit, really superbly decorated a def home from home, has everything you could possibly want and more safe off street parking. You will need a car as restaurants, shops, beach s etc just a bit too far to walk. Try lake worth golf club for a evening drink (5min) or the old casino on the beach…. Gorgeous… the nicest/safest areas to walk are by indian river. Leila was a brilliant host.

This was a very nice place to stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the week, including beach chairs which was a huge plus. The location is great too, just a 5 minute drive to the beach. Downtown Lake Worth also had some nice restaurants and but the house was close to 95 so we spent most days driving into Delray, Palm Beach, and Boca. The host was quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. I would stay with Maven Vacation rentals again!

I.w.Clean home in a great location.
This home was an excellent location to visit family as it was central to both families. Close (5 mins) to the beach and I95. Beds were extremely comfortable and each side had lamps and reading lights (very thoughtful); kitchen was well stocked, very clean and looked recently remodeled with new appliances; host supplied robe and slippers and left complementary snacks; i liked the basket in the bathroom to put toiletries; liked that there were plenty of towel hooks; shower was hot and powerful. While the house is small, it did not feel cramped at all. Small outside spot in backyard to sit (when not scorching hot out!). Everything was very clean. Host had excellent communication skills. I had asked that any air fresheners be removed prior to our stay, and the host accommodated my request. Instructions for check in and out were very clear. Price was very fair. Parking for 1 car. We were very happy with our stay there.
