This three-story beachfront home in the gated Barrier Dunes community is built for groups who want to be as close to the water as possible without actually sleeping on the sand. Wake up in the king master suite on the top floor, slide open the balcony door, and let the Gulf breeze be your alarm clock. Mornings at 4 Boats on the Beach start slow — coffee on the deck, pelicans gliding past at eye level, the kids already asking about the beach. By mid-morning you're set up on the sand with chairs and the beach cart loaded from the stocked closet downstairs. Afternoons might mean a dip in the gulf-front community pool, a round of family games inside, or simply rotating between decks as the sun moves across the sky. By evening, the main-level deck is the place to be — gas grill fired up, the whole group gathered around the Polywood dining table, watching the Cape San Blas sunset do its thing.

The main level is an entertainer's dream, with a huge sectional sofa, open dining area, and a spacious fully equipped kitchen that can handle meals for the whole crew. A convenient half bath keeps the flow easy when everyone's coming in from the beach.

Kitchen & Living
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, drip coffee maker, Keurig, and everything you need for beach-day meal prep. Books, family games, and a huge sectional sofa make the living area just as inviting on a rainy afternoon as the decks are on a sunny one.

Outdoor & Ground Level
Gas grill and Polywood dining table on the main beachfront deck, outdoor shower at ground level, 2-car covered carport, stocked beach closet with cart and chairs, and direct beach access — no road to cross, no long walk. The bunk room's lower deck looks straight out over the gulf-front pool and clubhouse, just steps away.

Full private use of all three floors. Barrier Dunes community amenities — gulf-front pool, clubhouse, and private beach access via pavilion boardwalk — included for all guests.

Barrier Dunes is located right outside the gates to St Joseph Peninsula State Park. Take a hike through the park on one of their nature trails, and discover the beauty of St Joe Bay, surrounding the park on 3 sides!
Cape San Blas, Florida is a great family and pet friendly beach! Come back in time and enjoy a quiet, uncrowded beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Destin and Panama City! We don't even have a traffic light!
