Recently remodeled and refurnished in November 2018, this bright and cozy Art Deco studio offers quality furniture and a clean, stylish design. It comfortably accommodates 2 adults and can also host 1 child with an extra air mattress upon request.

Parking Information
We may provide a parking pass for $25 per day, subject to availability.
* Free parking in Zone 4: weekdays 9 AM – 6 PM
* Parking pass required: evenings, nights, and weekends
Important: For stays longer than 3 days, Miami Beach requires you to renew residential parking passes every 3 days. It is the guest’s responsibility to request each renewal. Parking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation screenshot.

Instant booking is available, and our rates are updated daily based on season and length of stay. A security deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout. Feel free to contact us with any questions—we’re always happy to help!
We may provide a parking pass for 20$ a day upon availability. Parking near the apartment (zone 4) is free on weekdays from 9am to 6pm. From 6pm to 9am or weekends, a parking pass is required which can be provided at $20 per day. As we have limited number of parking passes, please contact us in advance to confirm the availability.

Enjoy the fashion shops and restaurants on Washington Ave, Lincoln Road, Collins Ave and Ocean Dr, and go to the beach! Everything is only a few steps away. Nothing can be more convenient. The apartment is in the new SoBe area, only 2 blocks away from the beach.
You will find everything you need by walk, bike, or a short taxi ride.
If you have a car, we can provide a parking pass for $20 per day upon availability. If you don't have a car, the best way to travel around in Miami Beach is to use a driver service like UBER and LYFT. They are clean, affordable and safe. You can go anywhere within South Beach for a few dollars.

Alex M.I had a great stay, location was perfect as I was attending a conference at the convention center. Owner communications were excellent. Perfect location to restaurants, coffee shops, gyms. I was never more than a mile away. Bike station right outside the unit was handy as well. Clean and had everything I needed.

ShanelFresh, clean, modern and well appointed studio on south beach. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Literally everything you need including a brand new washer and dryer and SUPER comfortable bed. The setup in this studio is perfect as well, with a nice living room and full kitchen. Very nicely decorated and in a convenient part of south beach that is steps away from the action but still feels a bit tucked away. The best of all words and Stacy was super kind and responsive. Thanks for a fun and relaxing stay!!

ChiThis place is great for those who would like to enjoy their holidays on the beach. The beach is literally 5 min walk away, and there are great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The room is like a studio, but with all necessary amenities like washer, dryer, coffee machine, big refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven etc. A great place and will surely come again.

LaurelFor a single person or couple, whether in Miami Beach for business or vacation, this property is a great find! It's quiet for sleeping, a block from the conference center and a few blocks from the beach. Public transport is also in each reach. The apartment was exactly as listed, no surprises. I would definitely stay here again.
