Coral Reef is a low density, 82-unit complex on Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach FL. Less crowds so you can relax and enjoy your stay. This 13th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has 1427 sf of living space and AMAZING gulf front views!
• Large, well-equipped kitchen (drip coffee maker) with a separate breakfast area, dining area and breakfast bar.
• Living room has a large flat screen smart TV, comfortable seating a recliner and a sleeper sofa. We provide a DVD player, a few novels and games for your use. Relaxing beach décor throughout.
• Master is spacious, great Gulf views, work desk and the ensuite has a large walk in shower, double vanities, walk in closet and a claw foot tub!
• Guest room has two Queen beds and a private bathroom.
• Fiber optic wireless internet, cable with HBO and a keypad lock for the convenience of our guests. Sorry, no pets.
• Balcony is 130sf gulf front with amazing panoramic Gulf views.
• Full size washer/dryer in the condo
• **Complimentary Beach Chair Service March thru October (2 lounge chairs with 1 umbrella $280/week value)
• Two pools (one heated in cooler months), beachfront gazebo, small fitness center, and on-site parking.
• No pets allowed; No smoking or vaping in condo; Parking on site – up to 2 vehicles. HOA charges $20/per parking pass.

We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, liquid hand soap at each sink, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. You will need additional supplies for longer stays. Eight bath towels/wash cloths are provided. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. There is no daily maid service.

Regency 323, 3 BR ; Regency 119, 2 BR Ground floor ; and Deb's Grand Lagoon House, a 3 bedroom single family home with water views of the Grand Lagoon just a short walk to the beach (this is the only property that allows dogs when pre-approved). Condo HOAs do NOT allow pets.
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the condo, on the balcony or any common area. Only in two designated smoking huts on the east and west walls of the property. Security deposit forfeited for violations.
We do not rent to groups of single unmarried adults under 25 (all must be over 25); young families are welcome!
Respect the neighbors - quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am
Sleeps 6 in beds plus sleeper sofa; No more than 6 adults. If you exceed that number you will be asked to leave without a refund. Parent must stay in the condo for the entire stay.
Groups of single adults--- all must be over 25 and provide copies of driver's license.
Parking: Up to 2 vehicles can park on site. HOA charges $20 per parking pass. No trailers from Memorial Day to mid August
Security Deposit is a $500 Hold / Authorization on credit card
Guest must sign owner's rental contract within 24 hours of requested booking and email a copy of their driver's license or booking will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: $500 cancellation fee if 45 days (90 days for monthly rentals) or more before arrival; No refund if less than 45 / 90 days prior to arrival.

Area Information
We are located onThomas Drive, halfway to St Andrews State Park, 1 mile west of Schooners Restaurant. We are close to restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, fishing, boating and more. Super Walmart and several grocery stores are within 2 miles of our complex. You can rent beach chairs or jet skies, or arrange for banana boat or parasailing rides on the beach near Coral Reef.
There are 4 golf courses within 10 miles, including the Jack Nicklaus Legends Course at Bay Point. Pier Park, an outdoor shopping center with multiple department stores, specialty stores such as Ron Jon Surf Shop and the Nike store, restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and Guy Harvey's within a 15 minute drive. If you like fishing, the marina is 5 minutes away and offers different charter services.
