1230 sq. ft. This beautiful condo has an excellent ocean view and incredible sunsets. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The first bedroom is a master with a TV and with its own ensuite and access to the large private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen with a TV and with a shared ensuite bath. The 3rd bedroom is a small bunkroom with a TV and it has 1 bunkbed with two 6' comfy thick mattresses. Then our sofa has a queen pull out with a super thick mattress that guests rave about.
While in the kitchen you can view the beautiful waters of the Gulf and since the kitchen is open to the living area, you can easily communicate with those relaxing in the living areas.
We have been running our condos out since 2012 with excellent reviews an excellent customer service. Ariel Dunes ll, located within Seascape Resort, is the newest Tower in all of Destin area. We provide beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as noodles and beach toys in the unit for you to take to the beach.
If you need a smaller unit in addition, we have another unit that sleeps 6 in the same bldg.
In the summer peak months we rent 7N Sat to Sat beginning May 30, 2026 thru August 14, 2026. Otherwise, we rent a minimum of 3 nights, sometimes we make an exception for 2 nights. March 2026, we have included a rate for the entire month, hurry before it goes!

Ariel Dunes is part of Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach located between Destin And Sandestin.
Many restaurants are within walking distance of the condo. Whales Tail and Surf Hut are on the beach. Surf Hut has corn hole in the sand for the kids to play while you enjoy a nice meal with the sea breeze.
You may enjoy catch and release fishing in the near by lake. (eating of fish is not recommended.)Shop at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast) about a two minute drive or go deep sea fishing on charter boats available in nearby Destin. The Emerald Coast's finest restaurants and entertainment are within a short drive at the delightful Baytowne Warf Village. You'll find glorious food and shopping, restaurants, plays, fireworks, regular live music live bands, civic events, candy shops, clothing, jewelry etc...Twelve of the most challenging golf courses in Florida are within a twenty minute drive, including The Raven at Sandestin Resort, home of the Boeing PGA Championship Tour event. Other great courses include the Fred Couples' great championship course at Kelly Plantation, the Courses at Bluewater Bay, Fazio's Camp Creek and Greg Norman's Shark's Tooth Course.
