The condo is in a 55+ community ( very quiet), single story with no one above you. It is beautifully decorated, clean, light and bright with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The condo has everything you need with a fully stocked kitchen, 50" TV, Wifi, bedding, towels, full sized laundry inside the unit, counter bar with seating up to four and dining table seats four.

The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en-suite walk-in tiled shower with grab bars. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a tub/shower with grab bars. There is an additional twin roll-away if needed. There is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms.

Enjoy the enclosed lanai which has seating for two, a wet-bar and second refrigerator.

For those beach days enjoy the beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler.
There are two bicycles which you can ride around the complex.
Parking is just outside the front door with additional guest parking only steps away. There is also a hand rail at the front door from the outside.

Rental includes taxes, water, electric, trash removal, cable TV and WiFi.

The beaches are known for spectacular shelling, bicycling, fishing, boating and great restaurants. When driving to Sanibel stop at the causeway beaches with free parking or continue on to Sanibel Lighthouse, Bowmans or Turner beaches with the best shelling on the gulf. Explore by driving or take a tour of J.N.Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel to see a myriad of wildlife or bike the many trails on the island.

Less than half a mile is Lakes Park with nature trails, fishing, boating, biking, picnicking , miniature train and seasonal farmer's market.

Publix, Aldi, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens are all within a mile.

Six Mile Cypress Slough and Ford Edison Estates is just 15 minutes. Take in a baseball game at the training Minnesota Twins(CenturyLink Sports complex) or Boston Red Sox(Jet Blue Park).
