KathyOur entire family stayed ay Breathe Inn. It was so relaxing with a great pool and room for all of us to play cards and grill out. The location was perfect and two golf carts to travel throughout the island. Jeff was a gracious host and very accommodating. Hope we can return next year.

NeilGreat get away. Nice to drive golf carts out to eat in the evening Positive: Perfect place. Short walk to the beach easy enough to do with 4 young kids. Amenities were great. Pvt pool was amazing. Turf around the pool was great for playing on safely.2 wagons, tons of pool toys, boogie boards, skim boards and chairs were amazing. we could have left so much more at home! STEVENWhat a wonderful place! The house was absolutely perfect for our family: the distance from the beach was so short that the little kids had no problem walking it...when you could get them out of the pool! The kitchens in both upstairs and downstairs were so well appointed that we didn't need to buy anything but food! We spent a lot of family time eating dinner and playing games in the screened-in lanai and the kids were enchanted with the hammock as well as the abundance of lizards. An amazing time was had by all; we truly didn't want to leave. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful property and perfect for families with kids. The house was clean, well appointed with everything you could possibly need, and comfortable for everyone. The pool was always clean and well maintained. Having the two golf carts was such a blessing; we normally have to rent one at additional cost and we had TWO, which enabled our entire family to go places together. The distance to the beach was so short that it was easy even for our toddler guests. We would highly recommend this property and were so pleased with our hosts and the hospitality we were shown.

KimWe enjoyed the Breathe Inn-entire duplex for our family of 13. There was plenty of pool blow-up toys and other pool toys for everyone to enjoy. The two golf carts were the best! There were also two wagons for the beach with a cooler and a huge supply of beach toys. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets were provided so the family did not need to purchase any of these during the entire week stay.Being very close to beach, was a plus!Owners were very quick to respond to needs or questions and let us in early the day of our arrival.

Shannon B.We had 3 families together and having separate living quarters was the perfect setup. Screened in porch was the perfect setup for game nights. The golf carts were amazing and we used them to get everywhere on the island. The host was amazing great communication. We had everything we needed to start the vacation paper towels, coffee, laundry soap ect....On site washer and dryer was a life saver. The house and all the furnishings were very well taken care of. The location was perfect I would NOT want to be anywhere else. We beach hopped to Cortez and Coquina but nothing compared to our quiet beach. The beach always had parking available and free chairs and umbrella's available, no need to lug your chairs.

SelenaMy entire family spent an amazing week at Breathe Inn on AMI. From 6 to 65, we all rated it an A+! The accommodations were wonderful and it was the perfect set up for multiple families staying together. We especially loved the stocked pool toys, beach closet and the pool was fabulous! Having two kitchens and the washer/dryer were a nice bonus too! The two golf carts save so much time and are a great way to scoot around the island. You truly do not need to leave the island for anything, and we enjoyed our vacation on "island time". The owners/property managers were MORE than accommodating and we knew should we need assistance they would respond in record time. Already dreaming of our next vacation at The Breathe Inn on AMI!

RebeccaWe had such a great stay at Breath Inn! The house was perfect for our family of 9. It had everything in it we could need! Jeff and Shandra, our hosts with Cheerful Rentals, were the best! They were so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We were only a quick couple minute walk to the beach and were able to use the wagons to easily haul stuff back and forth. Having use of two golf carts during our stay made it so easy to get around! I will definitely use them again if we come back to this area!

AllenAs your first renters, we have had such an amazing and unforgettable vacation. Breathe Inn was everything we could have needed, and then more. The pool was so much fun with all the pool toys. The golf carts were a blast, and we used them to get everywhere. The beach was really close and convenient. Thank you so much for all the amenities, and beautiful decor. It wasn't routine furnishings, it was all good quality, from kitchen utensils, the many beach towels, linen and electronics. Everyone had something interesting to use and do. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends. The management service was prompt to respond to any questions and helpful with area knowledge.The Mahnke family from Green Bay WI.
