This freshly decorated townhome is located within walking distance to Flagler Avenue and to Canal Street. The townhome includes dock access that you can fish and clean your catch. Close to the bike trail and a park. Parking is available for two cars or more if needed for the stay.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, desk and plenty of storage space. Includes a master bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be combined to make a king. There are plenty of linens for both. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

This is a townhome with a private backyard. Includes access to the community swimming pool and club house.

The community has wonderful neighbors, mostly full time residents.
