Tranquility - Waterfront Villa with Pool & Dock

This house was perfect for a little getaway with our family. The 2 main things we look for in a rental is a boat lift and a house with a pool when we come to this area. The house was very clean and decorated nicely , no unnecessary clutter. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Punta Gorda.

This place was very clean and in a very nice/quiet neighborhood. This is the perfect stay for a family or if you’re just looking to have a nice time while you’re visiting Punta Gorda. Plenty of stuff to do close by and Grace/the property manual were very helpful in finding anything we needed. Looks just like the pictures!

My daughter and I snuck down for a last second stay the first part of March. This Property was as advertised. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool and hot tub was awesome! Less than 10 mins from the airport the house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, the grocery store and shopping. Managers Grace and April were great to work with! We will certainly rebook when we come back to the Punta Gorda area!

Loved the house. Had all the amenities we wanted. Location is convenient to downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman's Village. Recommend Carmelos restaurant.

5/5 stars We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grace's beautiful House. in Punta Gorda! The moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space was even more stunning than the photos, with plenty of natural light, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect - everything is pretty much just 5 minutes away. Grace was an exceptional host, providing us with a warm welcome, helpful recommendations, and prompt responses to any questions we had. The house was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the pool area and fully equipped kitchen. We highly recommend Grace's place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Punta Gorda experience. We can't wait to come back and stay again! This was a wonderful home to stay in with my family. Many rentals include bare minimum supplies and kitchen supplies however, this host thought of everything and more. All items were great quality and it truly felt like we were in a home away from home. The pool was perfect for the kids as well, they were like little fishes for days. My mom is disabled so it was important to have a place where she could also partake and this couldnt have been more perfect! The host was more than accomodating and very communicative. If I ever return to Punta Gorda I would definitely rebook.

A peaceful and beautiful getaway! Positive: A beautiful home, located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. This home exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, stocked with clean towels, bedding, etc., the kitchen was stocked with every kind of item one could need, the pool and spa were immaculate, the bikes and special amenities were plenty and like new, and the location being on an intracoastal canal added that special touch that only being on the water can add. Negative: I wish the beds were a bit softer... but that's a personal preference and it's impossible to meet everyone's sleeping preference. Everything about this home was exceptional.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at this villa and it was the best birthday weekend she’s ever had!The villa is beyond beautiful, modern, clean, organized, and fully equipped with all the necessary supplies you could ask for to ensure your stay feels just like home.My wife and I look forward to staying at this villa within the near future for other family/holiday events.I would like also like to give a huge shout out and a massive thank you to the owner of this villa. The entire family enjoyed it! definitely will book again! Positive: The location was perfect! Very easy to get to the Convention Center, shopping and dinning. The pool and spa was awesome, we also had access to other equipment for outdoor activities. The house was very clean and updated, the furniture was clean, no stains and modern, liked it! The host was amazing in make sure to connect with us ahead of arriving to answer any questions and gave us some tips on the property and the area. Awesome property to book! Negative: There wasn't anything to dislike.It was February and it was bite cold. However the heated pool and spa made the difference. Which the host gave super detailed instruction when we spoke and it was also on the instructions that came with the booking.

Will be back. Positive: Great location, great house in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the hot tub and pool. Negative: There is a step in the garage that is hard to see unless you are looking. My husband fell on that step....I would put a yellow or orange strip on it

Great place to stay in Punta Gorda. Very clean home and everything looks new. The pool and hot tub was the main attraction. Easy to control the water temp with the Samsung tablet and the water was warm and comfortable. The back patio and pool are screened in and overlook the canal. Two kayaks are provided and they were fun to explore the surrounding canals and see the homes. The house had four bikes that looked new but we had so much else to do that we didn't have time to take them out. Very clean and modern kitchen and bathrooms. The house is in the best part of Punta Gorda so it's easy to get to restaurants, order a pizza, or walk some nice streets around the neighborhood.
