Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible, based on availability. Associated fees are as follows:

ChrisMy family and I made wonderful memories at Villa Capri! Not only is the house comfortable and relaxing but it was squared away! Spotlessly clean, well cared for and thoughtfully organized. Can’t beat a screened-in & heated salt water pool right on the canal. Highly recommend, wonderful experience and Grace is a tremendous host!

We had 4 small kids with us and the thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing off the pier. The house is well appointed and so neatly organized. I loved the labeling in the kitchen so I knew where to put things back. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this vacation home.

My family absolutely loved the saltwater pool. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished/appointed. Every appliance you could need is provided. Nicole G.We had the pleasure of staying at this property while visiting family in florida for christmas. Everything was as advertised and more. The house was gorgeous and decorated beautifully. It contained everything you could possibly need for a stay, The owner of the house was in contact with us from the day we booked until the day we left. She provided with all the details regarding the house, wifi, pool, etc.as well as allowing us the check in early due to our flights arrival time. The location of the house is a short ride from fishermans village and town where there is an abundance of restaurants and shops. The whole experience was amazing and really could not have asked tor a better host and house. I would highly recommend visiting this house and property.
