This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 2 king beds, 1 queen, and a sofa-bed. Kindly seek prior permission before hosting additional visitors.

Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the use of 4 adult bikes with helmets and bike locks. Two kayaks, life jackets, fishing rods, and beach chairs are also available for a well-rounded experience.

The villa caters to your needs with basic amenities as well, such as plastic ware for poolside convenience, an array of books and games for all ages, a Pack 'n Play, highchair, safety monitor, and a baby bathtub. The villa prioritizes security with a child safety fence and a pool safety alarm system, ensuring peace of mind. All amenities are provided free of charge.

They sell homemade jewelry, fresh produce, and other treats to discover.

4. Enjoy The Parks
This city has so many parks that you cannot explore them all in one trip. Laishley, Bike Linear, Ponce De Leon, and Gilchrist are the most well-known parks here. Every park offers you and your friends or family something special to do or indulge in.

5. The Harborwalk
A stroll around the Harborwalk will be perfect if you want a laid-back evening with lovely scenery and a refreshing breeze to clear your brain. You may unwind and take in all of Charlotte Harbor's beauty on the 2.5 mile-nature trail.

Fishermen's Village is a 30-minute walk, a 10-minute bike ride, or a 5-minute drive. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Please use the driveway and avoid parking on the street. The driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, with the garage fitting only one car. Avoid parking trailers, boats, or RVs in the driveway or street to maintain the area's aesthetics.

Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible, based on availability. Associated fees are as follows:
Early Check-In 8am-12pm: $250
Early Check-In 12pm-4pm: $150
Late Check-Out Before 12pm: $150
Late Check-Out 12pm-5pm: $250
(plus applicable taxes)

Pets may be allowed with prior approval and payment of the $250 +tax pet fee - please inquire before booking.

Please note that there are no recording devices within the interior of the home, nor the back deck, patio, or dock area. A Ring Doorbell is positioned at the front entrance and actively captures both audio and visual information.
