On the first floor, you will find a master king bedroom accompanied by a private bath, as well as a queen bedroom with a full bath immediately off the hallway outside.
Additionally, a fully equipped modern kitchen stands ready to cater to your culinary aspirations.
Ascend to the second floor to discover more delights, including an additional master king bedroom boasting a private bath and jetted tub, a master bedroom with two queen beds and an en-suite bath, and a laundry room for added convenience.

You can walk to the beach, ride a bike, drive a car, or call an Uber.
For those seeking adventure, we provide 2 kayaks with life jackets and 4 beach bikes equipped with helmets and locks, as well as an array of beach gear.
While one car can fit in the garage, the driveway can accommodate three cars. Parking is not allowed on the street. No RV’s, trailers of boats are permitted on the driveway.
Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible, based on availability. Associated fees are as follows:
Early Check-In 8am-12pm: $350
Early Check-In 12pm-4pm: $250
Late Check-Out Before 12pm: $250
Late Check-Out 12pm-5pm: $350
(plus applicable taxes)
If you wish to use the boat lift, please let me know in advance so we can arrange for our marine lift person to speak with you and meet prior to placing the boats or wave runners in the lift. There is a $200 (+tax) charge to cover his time and you can pay him directly.
Please note that there are no recording devices situated within the interior of the home, nor the back deck, patio, or dock area. A Ring Doorbell is positioned at the front entrance and actively captures both audio and visual information.
This property is cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Pets may be allowed with prior approval and payment of the $250 +tax per pet fee - please inquire before booking.

MinkLoved this home. Very clean and stocked with all the kitchen items you need, including spices and plenty of dishes, silverware, towels, tupperware, foil, chilled beer mugs, foil, ziplock bags, parchment paper, Dawn dishsoap, cascade pods, etc.Grace has thought of everything, beach chairs and umbrellas, bicycles, kayaks, boat dock with lift, plenty of outdoor seating, etc. Two sets of laundry machines/ dryers (one upstairs and one on main level) is super convenient with laundry pods and sanitizer.Lighting in the entire home was wonderful each with dimmer switches so you can determine the amount of light you need. Everything was well maintained and mostly new. No signs of rust, mold, or damaged anything.Water pressure and hot water was very good.The house is about 1/2 to 2/3 mile walk from the beach. If you are able, I highly recommend taking the wagon instead of driving. Parking is scarce at sunset and during busy season.Grace is awesome

Mikhail B.Very responsive host. The house is well maintained and clean. There were just exceptions for our stay: one of the four bedrooms had broken ceiling fan and light. Another bedroom had sheets and pillow cases with hair on it. Once we communicated these issues with host, host offered to take care of both items.

HeathBeautiful home that meets and even the expectations of the pictures. We loved our time here and will definitely be back. The owners are very proactive and accessible. Our boys spent the majority of their time awake fishing (and catching) off of the dock out back. The home was as well-stocked as we have experienced ever. My wife was so pleased with the details and thought that went into how well stocked the kitchen was. Indian Rocks Beach is a hidden gem. We had a wonderful experience here and look forward to going back.

SandyWe had a wonderful stay at Grace’s place for our annual girls trip to spring training. The house was amazing, very clean and modern. Stocked with lots of conveniences. Great place to make group meals and chill out. Slept all 8 of us comfortably. The water views were spectacular. Very walkable to the main road where there are some restaurants and ice cream. We had everything we needed!

KateStayed here for my gramma's 90th. Had a downstairs bedroom that was accessible and great living room and back porch area with view of the water so the family had a great spot to hang out together. the kitchen was great. They had cookware and appliances to cook full meals -- even a rice cooker and blender. Had all the cable channels Gramma needed so she was happy. Kayaks were easy to get in at high tide, low tide would have taken a little more maneuvering. Mangroves and great birdwatching on our kayak. Beach in walking distance, not too crowded at all. Loved the jetted bathtub upstairs as well. Host was very responsive to any question we had. Also loved that they had bikes and beach chairs for us to use.

KimWe really enjoyed our stay at Villa Azule! This property is a great location for those who want a short, 5 minute walk to the beach. The sand at Indian Rocks beach is like powdered sugar on your feet, and the vibe at this beach is family oriented and relaxing. Our group enjoyed that there are no walk up bars or restaurants facing the beach. The property owner has really nice beach items to use that make your trip to the beach complete, with nothing to worry about needing. Having coffee each morning in the backyard is so relaxing, and I was recharged from my stay here. Three other of the guests in my group got to see a manatee & several dolphins from the dock at the end of the backyard. My guests & I highly recommend staying at Villa Azule. Thank you, Grace!

DeepGrace amazing home we had blast to celebrate my daughters first birthday with amazing views. Dolphins every morning and so close to beach, restaurants and it's amazing if you have a late night drink in the back yard. Love the place.
