A first-floor master bedroom suite with direct access to the pool is an additional luxury. The upstairs queen-sized bed guest room and a room with 2 twins (at your request, we can place an insert between the beds and convert it to a California King king-size bed) share a full-sized bathroom. All bedrooms have a chaise lounge chair that can be converted to a twin bed. In addition, the large chaise sofa in the living room can accommodate another guest. The house comfortably sleeps 10 adults. Kindly seek prior permission before hosting additional visitors.
The guests of Villa Hibiscus have access to the entire property and beautiful landscaping with palm and hibiscus trees. All amenities are provided free of charge. Revel in the spa-like atmosphere with a private dock, boat lift, and pool. (Please note the boat lift is not available at this time.) Enjoy the screened-in lanai with a convenient propane grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings. For those seeking adventure, we provide 2 kayaks, 3 beach bikes, as well as an array of beach gear, or there is easy access to a nearby marina for boat rentals.
Set sail to the Peace River within a mere 10 minutes by boat or take a 15-minute stroll along the walking trail to Fishermen's Village for various dining and shopping options. Villa Hibiscus is easily accessible by car and conveniently situated near airports, essential amenities, and a charming local beach – all contributing to a seamless vacation experience.

ChristianFrom the moment we pulled up to the front of this incredible home we felt like we were at home! The yard was professionally landscaped and the front view of the home was flawless. As we entered into the front door and walked through the hallway to the main living space, we knew it was going to be an unforgettable vacation. We spent the majority of our time in the heated pool, which by the way has a breath taking view of the river. My daughter absolutely loved her upstairs living area, and my wife and I fell in love with the master suite and large bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you needed to whip up a feast, or if you are like us and enjoy eating out, the downtown area and fisherman square has plenty to offer. The surrounding cities have everything you need to stay busy and Sarasota's Siesta Keys Beach was heaven!! But what ultimately made this stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ was Grace's professionalism, knowledge, expertise, experience and kindness. Thanks for everything Grace!

Vickie G.This is a beautiful and well maintained home in a fabulous location. Grace has thought of everything. We found Villa Hibiscus comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We spent a good deal of time relaxing in the pool. Go to Fishermen's Village to watch the sunset. It's a fun atmosphere. We were pleased with the restaurants in the area, especially Maury's at Sunseeker Resort. Grace has great suggestions for where to eat. I would stay here again without hesitation, I truly loved my time at Villa Hibiscus.

Alice Michael M.The property was immaculate in all respects. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped and the dinnerware included everything needed for preparing and serving complete meals. The dinning table chairs could use updating, but otherwise the furnishings were very comfortable. The pool is well maintained. The house itself has been well maintained. Everything was in good working order—from the appliances to the lightbulbs. All things considered, this was one of the best short term rentals we’ve experienced. Grace works hard to see that everything goes smoothly.

Everything was as promised and I would gladly stay again if needed. We had planned on having a few more guests stay, but they could not make the trip. This house was the perfect size for our group, it would have been tight had they come. The Owner was responsive and even replaced a burnt out pool bulb withing hours of us calling.
