Jay Fraker .Pride of ownership beach condo
The owners of this condo have spent a lot of time and effort to make this condo a beautiful beach home. The kitchen, furnishings, and decor are all top notch. The resort itself is immaculate and is located very near Pier Park, restaurants and other attractions. And of course the view! High Tide Vacation Rentals was truly professional to work with and made the process of booking and access to the condo very easy. I would highly recommend this condo and High Tide.

Fantastic!! My husband and I have traveled to PCB countless times and stayed in a plethora of condos on the west end for years. This is BY FAR the cleanest, most well equipped, classy condo we have ever stayed in. I have gone through travel agencies, rental management companies, straight through owners, but I have never had timely, concise communication directly from an owner as I have with High Tide. I booked for my husband and I; my son and girlfriend wanted to fly in for 3 of our 5-night stay over the 4th of July. Owner promptly gave permission when contacted. The property: Parking garage clean, well lit, safe, security guard present. Never waited on an elevator once (if so, not property owners' issue, simply stating). Private beach: looked left or right from the balcony, people were elbow to elbow-not here. I can't say enough good things, other than we will never rent from anyone in PCB other than HIGH TIDE!

We've been coming to PCB for many years and this was by far our favorite rental! The unit was very clean, had everything we needed, we felt right at home. The hosts were very attentive and stayed in touch with us. They were very intentional made sure that our trip was exceptional. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!
