- A 10% deposit of the total rental amount (minimum $1,000) is required to reserve the property.
- This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 45 days of check-in.
- Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a $150 administrative fee.
- The remaining balance for the first month is due upon arrival.
- Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month thereafter.
