LIVING AREA
The main living area is bright and inviting, featuring two sliding glass doors with draperies that frame amazing beach and Gulf views. Thoughtfully designed for relaxed coastal living, this space offers plenty of comfortable seating, including a queen sleeper sofa. It's the perfect place to gather, enjoy the scenery, or unwind with an evening movie. Open to both the kitchen and dining area, the layout makes relaxing together effortless.

PATIO
You'll likely spend a good portion of your time on the patio—sipping morning coffee, enjoying an evening cocktail, or simply lounging while watching dolphins play in the water. Located on the second floor, the patio offers beautiful elevated views while still providing easy access to the private beach just steps away. Shared charcoal grills are nearby, making it easy to prepare meals without missing out on beachside fun. With the building facing south, you'll enjoy sunrises to the east and stunning sunsets to the west.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN & DINING AREA
This open kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Fully stocked with all the essentials—including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, blender, cookware, dishes, and utensils—it's ready for everything from quick snacks to full meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate both a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker and a traditional drip coffee maker.
The dining area offers seating for four at the round table, along with three additional stools at the kitchen bar.

KING MASTER BEDROOM WITH ATTACHED BATH
The master suite is a comfortable retreat with a king-size bed dressed in a beautiful quilt and Egyptian cotton sheets. The room also includes nightstands with reading lamps, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV. The attached bathroom features a vanity, commode, and a Jack-and-Jill–style tub/shower combination. A washer and dryer are conveniently located here, along with plush bath towels and a hair dryer.

BUNK AREA
Perfect for children, the built-in hallway bunk beds create a cozy and fun sleeping space. Each bunk is outfitted with soft quilts and super-soft cotton sheets. A hallway door allows kids to sleep undisturbed while adults continue to enjoy the living and kitchen areas.

HALF BATH
A convenient half bath is accessible from the hallway and connects Jack-and-Jill style to the tub/shower room adjacent to the master bath. This space includes a sink, commode, hair dryer, and large, fluffy bath towels.

OTHER FEATURES INCLUDED
This home offers thoughtful extras you won't always find in a rental. For younger guests, a porta-crib and high chair are provided. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, iron and full-size ironing board, and high-speed internet with free Wi-Fi. Best of all, the sugar-white sands of Destin Beach are just outside your door.

House Rules for Coral Reef Club Condo
Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Occupancy: Max 6 guests.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the condo, on the patio, or around building entrances.
Pets: No pets allowed per Coral Reef Club policy.
Parking: Free parking available. Park only in designated spaces. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles.
Beach Access: Use included beach service setup (2 chairs & 1 umbrella). Personal chairs/gear must not block walkways.
Pool Use: Follow all posted pool rules. No glass containers near pool areas.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathroom before checkout.
Grilling: Use designated charcoal grill area only. Clean up after use.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outside bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off lights, TVs, appliances, close patio doors, and securely lock the unit when leaving.
