Toes in the Sand is tucked away in the quiet, charming Treasure Sands neighborhood—just steps from the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of Miramar Beach. This beautifully designed home features brand-new coastal furnishings, elegant décor, and thoughtful touches throughout.
All five bedrooms include Smart TVs and luxury memory-foam mattresses (yes—even the twins!) to ensure a restful night after sun-filled days at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals and opens seamlessly to the main living area—perfect for gathering, relaxing, and making memories. Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, cozy firepit, outdoor seating, twinkle lights, grill, and outdoor speakers. House Rules for Toes in the Sand
Occupancy: Max 14 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Parking: Park up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. No parking on grass, sidewalk, or street.
Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. No glass in or near the pool. Pool heat available for an extra fee.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Outdoor Gear: Clean the gas grill after use and return beach gear to the home after beach trips.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.
