My husband planned this trip to PCB because I haven't been there since the mid 90's, talk about change! The person we rented from, Mr. Martin, was so easy to deal with and has very reasonable rates. The water was a mesmerizing blue and so clear, and the condo was super amazing. Plenty of room for 4 people. Very nice place, with a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot and the bed was super comfy! The only drawback was the amount of wait time for an elevator. We had a blast and will definitely rent again if we go back to PCB!

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and homey. Definitely in a great location which made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. Perfectly sized building so you’re not waiting a ton of time for elevators like we’ve experienced in the past at other properties. Parking can be a little tricky over the weekend but Bruce made sure we had passes for both the main and overflow lot. I mention this because there were a lot of people who were renting from others at the front desk complaining about not having received passes at all or only for the overflow lot. Overall we loved the place and will definitely rent from Bruce again!

After poring over hundreds of listings in Panama City, we found this one, which was perfect for us. The condo is on the 9th floor of Origin at Seahaven, across the street from the beach and Sharky's. The pool is fantastic and the building's parking deck will keep your vehicle safe and cool. Bruce has everything you need waiting in the unit. Being across the street from the beach is no big deal at all -- there's beach access with showers right across the crosswalk.We booked this condo for the Grand Slam World Series in Panama City this year. Occupancy levels in Panama City were at 98% booked and there weren't many options for our family of three. We found this listing and inquired with Bruce, who made us totally comfortable.Pro Tip: Grab the souvenir Sharky's tumblers from the cabinet and head across the street for live music and discounted Shark Attacks from the bar.

The owners of this condo are hands on. Any questions that we had that were prompt to answer, and if the resort had regular maintenance going on they let us know in advance. The condo was just like home with everything you need. The resort itself was very clean. There were always people wiping, moping and making sure everything was nice and it always smelled fresh . Easy access to anything you wanna do while in PCB. The condo was central located and close to the elevators, and easy access to the beach with showers located at the door for washing off the sand. Give them a call , you will not be disappointed!!
