- All trash must be placed in the carts outside of the home.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open. Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you'll have insects, or lizards visiting you indoors.
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
- No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and potential visitors who are allergic to certain animals.
- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong.
- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.

IlunizaWe really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 10 and stayed at Aclesia’s place. It was easy to find, comfortably accommodated all of us, and was close to most attractions. Communication was great, and she even provided kid-friendly suggestions and recommendations for New Year’s activities. Thank you, Aclesia, for everything, we will definitely return. KellyWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With 5 kids it is sometimes hard to find a home where the girls can share a room and the boys can share a room. This place was perfect for them! With a master on the same floor as the kids, it was an added bonus to make sure we were close if we were needed. Close to tons of restaurants but far enough from the major roads so it was very quiet. Easy hop on the highway for us to spend the day at Universal. The host was very responsive to messages and was very nice. We had a great time.

DianeAclesia's place was so conveniently located to the Disney Parks and shopping and restaurants. Our kids loved the themed rooms and there was plenty of space for everyone. Space was clean and matched the photos. Only complaint would be if you're a light sleeper and stay during the weekend there is a market right nearby where we could hear the music blasting even after 9 PM. It was doable but could be a nuisance to some.

NickWe had a really nice stay here! The location was perfect for visiting the Disney parks and made everything so convenient. The kitchen and dishwasher were great to have during our weeklong stay—we brought our own dish soap and sponge, which worked out well. The home was comfortable for our family, though we’d recommend bringing blackout shades for the bedrooms if you’re light-sensitive. We also wish the AC could have been set lower than 72 as we are used to temperatures slightly cooler for sleeping. Even with those minor things, we would stay here again.

Luz N.La casa fue hermosa y encantadora, toda temática de Disney. Fue entregada muy limpia y organizada. Un punto importante es que se encuentra en un vecindario seguro y muy bonito, cerca de los parques de Disney y Universal, así como de Walmart. MatthewWe were very pleased with our stay. Location was convenient. House was very clean. Kids really enjoyed the theme rooms.My only concern was that there wasn’t a secondary lock for once you were inside the house. Just the keypad deadbolt that anyone could open if they knew the code. A safety feature that should be revisited.Overall, though, we were very pleased with the place for the rate and would stay again if in the area.

TamiyaThe place is so magical….we were a military family needing much needed quality time and so happened to be my daughter’s birthday as well…when we walked in it was so clean we all were in awe….the kids definitely didn’t want to leave and asked if we could stay forever…it was so clean…it’s in a great area with so much to do not in far proximity…we will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later

KanyjaI’m rating it a 4 star only because when we first got there we couldn’t check in on time because the code to get in the house was not the correct code that was given so we were outside for 20 minutes trying to get a hold of host to figure out why the code wasn’t working.. once that was cleared everything else was nice. House was cleaned and loved the area
