COMMUNITY RULES:
Champions Gate Resort employes a team of safety professionals to help maintain a positive vacation experience for all guests. The patrol monitors noise complaints, parties, improperly parked vehicles, and suspicious activity. Roving Patrol 7pm-3am
Parking Enforcement:
- Do not park on or block any driveways
- Street parking is allowed in front of your rental home. Do not park on the grass. Please Note: repair costs for damaged sprinklers will be passed on to the guest.
- Avoid blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs and fire hydrants.
- No commercial vehicles, refrigeration trucks, recreational vehicles, RV's, all-terrain vehicles, boats, watercraft, buses, or trailers are allowed in the community.
- Polaris Slingshot vehicles are not permitted in this community. You will not be able to access the property in a Slingshot or similar style of three wheeled vehicle, ATV, etc.
WIFI/CABLE/INTERNET:
We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since we have no control over this.
*If you are experiencing an issue, unplug the internet modem and router for one minute. Then, plug them back in.
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY)
- Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and food/shopping delivery services will deliver directly to the door.
- USPS packages will NOT be delivered, because there is no mailbox to receive standard mail.
* Grill Rental is $60 for your entire stay. Code to lock provided once paid.
* H2O Water Park tickets for up to 6 for one day only. We can sell additional tickets for $50 a piece. H2O Water Park tickets only valid for stays of 7 nights or more. And promotion is only valid on bookings made after 6/15/25(this means no matter what date your reservation is, the actual booking and payment to airbnb has to be made after 6/15/25. Not valid for bookings made prior for future dates exceeding 6/15/25).

DavidAclesia was absolutely wonderful to work with! She responded right away to any questions and quickly helped us when we had a small hiccup at the gate. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for my family. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!

CamilleCasita was so far the best house we have rented in Orlando. My family and I are always renting in Orlando. Before renting a house we look at everything it has, so when we arrive and we don’t find everything it was promised it is frustrating. I loved to arrive in the house with music on the Tv, the table was set. Casita is a beautiful house, the kids loved it. We had an amazing weekend. The only things we didn’t like were: bad WiFi. We could not watch TV in some bedrooms. We could not connect our phones. And the house doesn’t have a bathroom in the first floor that doesn’t have access to other bathrooms. If you are in the patio, the guests have to use the bathroom from the Master bedroom. And we didn’t like it. The game room had the video games locked, the kids wanted to play and they couldn’t. And also some other games were not working. The disposal in the kitchen sink was leaking, and had a bowl on it. One of the bathrooms had mold in the ceiling. But we loved the house.

MarisolWe had a lovely stay and truly appreciated how thoughtful and caring our host was throughout the experience. While there was a minor disruption during our visit, the way it was handled spoke volumes, the communication was prompt, kind, and sincere. It’s clear that the host genuinely cares about their guests and puts real effort and heart into what they do. We felt heard and valued, which made all the difference. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming home away from home.

GabeWe had a great vacation with family and friends! The home is exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no rear neighbors and a beautiful view of the golf course.The kids loved the arcade and had no trouble keeping themselves entertained. Would definitely stay here again!

RosemaryPlace was very kid and family friendly. Clean house and very responsive host. While there was already some wear to the house and common areas, overall it was good. I would say some of the furniture in the common areas such as living and dining room should be updated. But my family and the kids enjoyed their stay.
