AislinnThe location of this home is great. We love the Champions gate area and its proximity to local attractions. The reason I did not give 5 stars was for the discrepancy between what the pictures showed and the condition of the home. The carpet was very old, stained and heavily perfumed. I saw this in a previous review and the host had responded to that review saying it had been remedied, so I was disappointed that it had not. The photos showed character bedspreads and decorations, instead the beds were all white and none of the extra toys and stuffed animals pictured were available. The wall decor was beautiful and the kids loved the themed rooms. The house has a lot of potential and a great location. The hosts were responsive and the gates to the neighborhood were easy to get into with their good instructions. The house listing showed to wash all the towels before leaving, but the check out email didn’t list that. I did it to be safe, but that was a new request from an air bnb for me.

StefanieThe place was so relaxing and beautiful. Every space had a theme and something new to spot everyone you walked into a room. We plan on staying again soon and making more beautiful memories. Our sons never once said they were bored and that’s a big deal these days. 15, 13, 8 & 2 years old. And everyone one of us had a great time.

PatrickOverall, the house was great. Our kids loved the themed house and bedrooms. The pool was the right size and everything in the house is setup quite well.In the listing, there was a tv by the pool which was a major attraction to us in booking as we were looking forward to watching football in the pool. The tv was not there. Also the WiFi would not/could not stay connected to our phones which was a real pain.Besides these 2 items above, the house was clean, everything worked, and our kids really enjoyed the space.

AshlyWe stayed from 7/25-8/1 and had a wonderful time with our family. The kids really enjoyed the themed rooms as well as having Mario kart races in the game room. We had the best movie nights in the avatar theater room. Our hosts were super responsive our whole stay. We will definitely be back.

AmberThe house size , themed rooms, & amenities were all great. The kitchen supplies (or lack of)left us frustrated. We were a group of 10 with ages of all ranges. There were no large skillets to cook, no pot holders, dish clothes, mixing bowls, and half the knives were missing- what was there was broken or dull. When mentioned to Marco, there was no response…. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

VenoraThe Magical Mansion is a beautiful home, with a lot of attention to detail in the decorations. Everyone absolutely loved it. I searched for a home that had a fun game room, movie theater, and large eating area. This home has all three. We traveled with 4 adults, 4 teenagers, and 3 children. We took a trip to Busch Gardens, Tampa. The location of the house put us exactly an hour away. We enjoyed the pools at the house and at both club houses. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We will definitely rent this home again.

MonicaWe drove from Arkansas with our 5 grandson's to Florida to go to Disney. We wanted to have a place that was over the top with things to keep the kids occupied when we were not at the parks. This place was exactly what we were hoping for. A pool, pool table, full size arcade games with a theater room and air hockey table. A game room upstairs with Nintendo switches. If all of that wasn't enough, it included free admittance to the resort and that included a lazy river, water slides, big pool, theater, game room, gym...The kids had a great time. We had a couple of issues that came up and they answered super quick and took care of it. We will definitely use them in the future!

JessicaThe Disney-themed home was beautifully decorated and fun, but the experience was tainted by hidden fees and poor communication. We were charged a $500 deposit a week before check-in — not disclosed in the listing — and it took nearly a week to get it back, only after repeatedly messaging the host. We were also charged an extra $95 just to use the grill, another fee not mentioned upfront. Communication was minimal, and key details were mishandled. We provided all guest names in advance, including two co-workers who were only coming for dinner, yet they were left waiting at the gate because the host failed to submit their names. This was embarrassing and completely avoidable. The home itself is well-themed and visually impressive, but the lack of transparency, unexpected charges, and poor host communication made this stay frustrating. Most families wouldn’t be able to absorb these surprise costs. If you book, get every fee and policy in writing — and don’t expect quick responses.
