- The spa does not stay heated like a hot tub, it only heats when you turn on the spa timer.

POOL HEATING = $40 per day, and must include your entire stay, and must be added to reservation prior to arrival.
* Pool disclaimer: Although we will set the Pool and Spa temperatures to 88/104, no specific regular pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 50-60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.
* Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.
POOL SERVICE:
Our pool is serviced twice per week to ensure the PH is just right for our guests. Please do not be alarmed if you see someone on the patio checking the pool. Service days are typically on Monday and Thursday/Friday. In order to assure pool clarity, please rinse all bodies and body products before entering the pool.
Grill rental is required to use the grill, and it is $60 per stay.

- All trash must be placed in trash bags, and then in the bin by the front door.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open (Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you'll have insects, or lizards visiting you indoors.
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
-No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and owners who are allergic to animals.
- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- Remote controls must be left in the rooms they belong to.
- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.
- Any missing towels/linens, remotes, or property of the home will charged for.

SarahLet me paint a picture. After a long day of travel, we finally unlock the door and step inside to an immaculately kept, clean, fresh smelling home. There is magical music playing on the televisions. The kids throw their backpacks, kick off their shoes, and rush inside, charging from room to room. All my husband and I hear are screams of delight that get louder with each room they enter. Core memories were made. This house was every bit as magical in person as it was in the pictures. It’s hard to believe this house was as good as it was for the price. The host was wonderful and very responsive. My only complaint is that we had trouble getting our kids out of the house to go on our Disney days! We will absolutely be booking again!

DanielWe had a great time! Great home for a large group and a great value. Home was very clean. I wish it was a little clearer that it is a “self catering” house in the description before booking. Plan ahead to bring everything from toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, garbage bags, shampoo, etc. I would recommend more kitchen supplies (no cutting boards, more forks, more wine glasses) Also more hooks in bathrooms would be amazing. Highly recommend and would book again!

KristenOur family highly recommends your family will love and enjoy this home as we did for our “staycation” as Orlando locals. This home was highly requested by my little one for his birthday and it was a blessing to be made possible. The kids rooms and arcade were a huge hit and did not disappoint the little and big ones. It is not our first nor last time returning to Champions Gate for another staycation! We have come to love the Oasis club / The Retreat and the staff whom make it a resort you never want to come home from.. unless it’s back to the Pixar Palace. Thank you Acelsia for being a great host for our stay!

KatelynThe home was exactly as described! The themed rooms and kitchen were super fun, the game room was a huge hit, and the kids loved picking different rooms to sleep in throughout the week. We did pay for the pool and hot tub to be heated and it was lovely. We used the pool/hot tub on non-theme park days and it was great. Very limited amenities though - certainly not enough for 10+ people. I recommend bringing your own garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and coffee filters. Wish owner would leave previous guests extras (paper products). Also, plan to pay to use grill if you’d like to. It was about 25 minutes to Magic Kingdom and 35 to Epic Universe! Nicely located. Owner was very quick as responding to messages!

MartyWe had a fantastic time at this location. Grandkids and adults loved the pool after the long days at the theme parks. The Disney themed rooms were a huge hit with the grandkids. One small hiccup with refrigerator midweek and it was promptly handled and no disruptions whatsoever for us. Aclesia was extremely responsive to messages and made sure we knew everything before we even had to ask. We would definitely book with her again if we get a chance. Thanks so much for making our vacation one to remember.

JaydaGreat place! Plenty of stuff to do from the pool to the arcade. My daughter loved all the different themed rooms, especially the slide. Pool and house was clean! Only thing was we had problems with entry to the gate our QR codes would randomly stop working and would not be able to get into the gated community but the house its self was perfect and so was our host!

CharlotteGreat house for our stay visiting all the theme parks. Close to amenities and a good location for all the parks. The kids loved the themed rooms and the games room which provided lots of space. The pool was great and we used all the onsite facilities which we loved. My only recommendation was that the kitchen needs more cooking utensils and wine glasses etc. Overall great stay and we would recommend this house .

KelseyWe had a great stay and would rate it 4.6 out of 5. The house was beautiful clean and matched the listing. The themed rooms were a hit with kids and adults with creative and detailed decor. The layout gave everyone space and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was convenient with about 20 to 30 minutes to Disney and close to restaurants stores and attractions. One night part of the house lost power for a few hours which was tough with kids and no WiFi but the host responded quickly and was very helpful. Check-in was smooth but an earlier time would have made settling in easier. The game room was fun but loud for the nearby bedroom. The pool was great but you have to heat the whole pool to use the jacuzzi which adds cost. We liked the Where Are You From board but there were not enough pins. Overall the house was fun comfortable and well located. A few small issues but nothing that would stop us from staying again. We would definitely return.

SimoneThis was our Annual Group Family Trip. 4 families, kids of all ages. This place is great! The kids had a ball with the themed rooms and game room. Caitlin was very responsive and kind.. BUT we had a few difficulties. If you pay for the pool/spa heating and the grill use, double check with the host that everything is ready to go for checkin. Caitlin was very prompt in fixing any issues as they were identified, and answering questions. You may want to bring your own bath and beach towels. There are nearby stores if you need anything.

ClarenceThis has been one of the best accommodations that I have had the pleasure of staying. I have traveled throughout Europe, Asia, and North America. This is by far the most memorable. My children and grandchildren didn't want to leave the home to go to all the amusement parks in Orlando. My grandchildren's favorite room was the "game room". The women rated the kitchen and the dining room as one of the best designed, they have seen. The men raved about the pool, hot tub, and grill. I fell in love with the main primary bedroom. It was incredible! All the bedrooms were clean and well appointed, while the beds were comfortable. The home is near all the major attractions. I have found my Orlando area home away from home.

JamiaThis place ended up being amazing to stay at! I was alittle apprehensive at first, not due to the property but before hand dealing with a damage deposit fee I was made aware of a week before our date to go to the home. So I didn’t know what to expect going to the home. I quickly wrote Catlin about my concern and she responded back quickly to help address it and gave me an ease of mind. The house accommodated all my family and the kids enjoyed every minute of it. The game room games actually worked compared to other air bnbs I have rented before. If I had any questions or concerns Catlin responded right away. This house is amazing in and out and the kids would love it! Worth to book!

The backyard with the pool/hot tub is right on the lake and so relaxing. We had a couple questions during our stay and the host was extremely helpful and prompt with the response.
