Unique Benefits

This home is an amazing house that offers 3 king bedrooms a separate bunk room that has a king and queen along with 2 twins. The Preserve is a beautiful gated community where kids can ride bikes and you can sit on one of the many porches and relax while they are outside. There are 2 pools, one is heated seasonally- this is usually fall breaks, Christmas and New years as well as spring break. The community also has pickle ball and tennis. Private gated boardwalk to an area of 7 acres of beach that can not be reached by the public- so you will have very relaxing beach days.

Why Kids Love It

There are 2 dune lakes that the kids love to play in, especially on red flag days. Kids join and meet other vacationing kids and skim board across the dune lakes.

The flat boardwalk makes it easy for families to head down to the beach at night and go crabbing.

Area Information

We are located in between Grayton and Blue Mountain beach. We are 3 miles west of Seaside and your teens can easily bile to Seaside as the bike path is accessible to them.

If you do not feel like biking or driving to Seaside, there is a tram located in Grayton beach and it runs every 20 minutes.

In the mood for ice-cream? We are a quick walk to Blue Mountain Creamery. Also a quick bike ride or walk is Red Fish Taco and Cow Girl Kitchen.
