This SW Florida home has been fully renovated and tastefully furnished to make you feel right at home. It offers a 3/2/2 split bedroom layout and a private screened large lanai with 16x25 heated pool and backs to the golf course with amazing views and plenty of natural wildlife! This home is 1700sq ft single-story with access to the back lanai/pool area from 2 bedrooms in addition to the kitchen/dining area. There is LOTS of natural light thanks to the large sliding doors and windows throughout and a NEW AC system to keep everyone comfortable. Everything inside is NEW! We also provide all beach equipment, towels, bathroom, and kitchen essentials!

BEDROOM LAYOUT
#1 Master. This room has a king sized bed and a 50” wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix and Disney+/Hulu for your enjoyment. Additionally, there is a dedicated workspace and chair. The king mattress has a plush top and quite comfortable. There is a his/her closet with plenty of hangers and storage space. You will find a pack and play and highchair in this area. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a standing shower. The lanai/pool area can be accessed directly through the sliding door.

#2 Bedroom. This room has a queen size bed and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage. The queen mattress has a plush top which is quite comfortable. There is a 55” smart TV with Netflix and Disney+/Hulu for your enjoyment The lanai/pool area can be accessed directly through the sliding door.

#3 Bedroom. This room has a queen size bed and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage. The queen mattress has a plush top and is quite comfortable.

BATHROOMS
#1 Master. There is a double sink vanity and a standing shower. All toiletries and towels are available for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels etc.

#2 Main. There is a single sink vanity and a walk-in sit down jetted Jacuzzi tub with a handheld shower wand. You will find bath towels and pool towels in the linen closet. All toiletries and towels are available for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels etc

LIVING ROOM
The living room area is quite spacious with plenty of natural light. There is a queen pull out sleeper sofa and a couch. You will find many games and a variety of books in the bookshelf. The oversized coffee table doubles as a gaming table as well. Additionally there is a 70” wall-mounted smart television with Netflix and Disney+/Hulu for your enjoyment.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA
Fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay. The dining area accommodates 12 with eight dining chairs and four barstools for countertop seating. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is available in the kitchen.

LANAI/POOL AREA
There is an outdoor dining table with six chairs for dining outside and a conversation patio set with seating for four. Additionally there are 4 lounge chairs and a propane grill. The pool is 6.5 feet deep at the deep end. It is solar heated through a tubular rooftop system and water temp is quite enjoyable.

GARAGE
The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Laundry detergent pods are provided. Additionally, you will find beach equipment, such as 8 chairs, 3 umbrellas, shark tooth shovel, and wagon to make transportation a breeze. The garage can be used to park a vehicle or trailer and we have a garage remote for your convenience. The driveway is oversized and can accommodate 4 vehicles comfortably. Please do not park on the grass.

PET POLICY
This property is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs under 40lbs.. The pet fee is $100 per pet per stay. If you are traveling with larger breeds please reach out to see if we can accommodate. We do provide doggie bowls and disposable baggies for waste removal.

***To note, while this property is pet friendly the property is NOT fenced as it backs to the golf course.

OCCUPANCY
This property can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and we CAN accommodate up to 10 easily with (2) additional blowup mattresses that we can provide. Extra linens, blankets, and pillows will be provided as well.
