We are located mid island. 1.2 miles to the public beach access just before the Marriott on Collier Blvd. You can walk to library/museum/mackle park. Miniature golf nearby 1.7 miles. Most eateries under 2 miles away.

Please enjoy the pool, docks (jet ski & boat), kayaks, bikes, and appliances at your own risk. Safety devices available along with life jackets in garage bin.
We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and are not on vacation with you. This is a peaceful canal home.
Be aware that Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay the fine. Fines start at $250.00 to $500.00, for a second offense .
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales, bricks, vacant lot and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
Beware of pulling in and out of driveway as there are many cyclists, joggers, scooters, and pedestrians using the sidewalk in front of home.

This house we rented was amazing! It was spacious, clean, comfortable with everything you could possibly need! Located in the heart of the area with easy access to everything, especially the amazing beaches, great restaurants and sunsets within 2 miles away. The kayaks were available and the pool was huge and had an amazing view. A an extremely peaceful vacation and we can't wait to book again next year! Thanks Sharon!
