The floor plan is an Open Concept with 2 BR's that are separated by 2 full Bathrooms and a Laundry space. Kitchen, Dining and Living Room open up to each other with a Breakfast Bar area. The screened in Balcony is my favorite place to relax and take in the sounds and picturesque views.
