Bring your swimsuit, we are a short distance to AMI's famous white sand beaches, umbrella, beach canopy, cooler, beach towels, and chairs make for a perfect beach day and sunset and quite possibly turtle nesting and manatee sightings! Use of the 25' boat slip is included as well as 2 parking spaces and access to a second pool and hot tub. A 6-person golf cart can be rented for $400 week and you never have to leave the island! Pickle ball courts, paddles and balls; tennis courts, racquets and balls are available to all renters. . Free local and long distance calling, 2 60" TV's and 1 40" TV, AC, desk space, printer, and great WiFi. The property has kayak/paddle board launch area as well. Our spacious 2 BR/2BATH sleeps 4 people with 1 King/ 1 Queen Bed and a trundle bed for daytime lounging. We have ample closet and drawer space for your belongings. We provide your inital paper products like toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. Our HOA requires a 1-page application and adherance to the Rules and Regulations of our beautiful property at the time of booking. The entire property is Non-Smoking indoors and outdoors or on the lanai. Pets, sadly, are not allowed. Your door entry code will be given on your day of arrival.

Anna Maria Island is a barrier island on the coast of Manatee County, Florida, in the United States. It is bounded on the west by the Gulf of America, on the south by Longboat Pass (which separates it from Longboat Key), on the east by Anna Maria Sound, and on the north by Tampa Bay. Anna Maria Island is approximately 7 miles (11 km) long north to south making it quaint and oh, so special. The white sand beaches are incredible. The island is back in full swing after glancing blows from hurricanes Milton and Helene. The charm remains.
